I had the pleasure of seeing Fleur for dissolving my old lip filler and getting new filler injected, and I couldn't be more impressed!
I came to her office with somewhat deformed lips from years of injecting fillers. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. She was not only incredibly professional but also very caring, taking the time to listen to my concerns, and explained the procedure in detail. We had two dissolving appointments and got rid of all old filler, bumps and migrations.
Our third appointment was brand new lip filler. Fleur listened to what I wanted and gave great advice on what would look the best. With just 0.9 mil we achieved lovely, natural looking lips that brighten and soften my face. She took the time to ensure that everything was done with precision and care.

He was incredibly patient and totally understood that I wanted an understated look, and was just aiming to appear a bit 'fresher' and slightly younger. Several friends have told me how good I look and ask what creams I'm using! And finally, I was brave enough to have a tiny bit of filler in my lips. Has made such a difference! He also somehow manages to deliver the procedures in a way that minimises bruising and I have always had perfect results. Something else that John does is offer excellent after care, always checking in and seeing how I am doing, requesting photos to make sure the results are at a high standard that he delivers. I had my appointment over the weekend. Place was quite difficult to find. It needs a sign board however my appoint for lip fillers went well. Devin was very good. He explained everything very well. I also had strong dent in my cheeks that always made me self conscious, I spoke to her about these and she talked me through the treatment options. I went back to her for my a filler in my tear trough, and when she was done I was so emotional. These lines that had made me feel so bad about my appearance, were just gone. It was such a boost of my self confidence. Since then I have also had fillers in my cheeks, lips and chin. The thing I love about Dr Fern is that she listens to what I want and makes sure we are on the same page. I always ask for really subtle changes and she always gets it spot on! People are always asking me if I've lost weight (as it's made my face look so much slimmer!) or tell me that I look really well rested or healthy. I never worry that I look overdone.
