A special thank you to Cris, my laser therapist, who was incredibly patient, gentle, and caring during my treatment. She really took her time to make everything easy, comfortable, and stress-free for me. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made a huge difference, and I truly appreciated the care she put into every step of the treatment.

I've had a couple of appointments here for a small area to test out and I decided to buy a full body package in the sale. Returned a call that I missed from the clinic today and took the opportunity to check availability for when I'm ready to book and also asked around recommendations for technician as I will need different settings and would prefer a more experienced technician. Whoever I spoke to just now was hurrying me off the phone, saying she had clients to attend to and kept saying I can ask next time I call. I expressed that I am a client! I said that I would be asking the same question then so would have been helpful to know from now. Unortunately I don't feel comfortable booking with this clinic given my experience on this call, I had to say that she was not being helpful and rather unfriendly. The person I spoke to had an accent and perhaps middle eastern at a guess. Show less »

I’ve had several laser treatments at this clinic over the past years, and I genuinely can’t fault the therapists. They are always kind, professional, and make you feel comfortable during appointments.

However, my experience with management has been very disappointing. I raised concerns via email about my results, as I feel that in some areas my hair growth has actually worsened than when I started. After discussing this in person, I was promised complimentary sessions given the amount of money I had already spent on multiple body areas, and we also spoke about adjusting the laser settings to better suit my needs.

Unfortunately, when I attended my first complimentary session, I was asked to pay at the end, which made it clear that no notes had been made about my situation. I was told that management would contact me to resolve this, but I never received any follow-up.

It’s extremely frustrating to have spent so much money and to now feel unhappy—and even embarrassed—by the results. While the therapists themselves are excellent, the lack of communication and organisation from management has been very poor. Overall, would not recommend and you should manage client expectations better. Show less »

At the till, Angeli gave me the correct advice for my south asian skin which I didnt receive from the others so although I got this advice mid treatment, it was much appreciated. I had a laser hair removal session with Marsha today and it was a great experience. She was very professional and made sure all the stubborn hairs were taken care of.
