In addition, Injectablesbooking.nl uses automated decision-making in fulfilling our legal obligations to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other crimes.

If a negative decision about you is made on the basis of this automated decision-making and/or profiling, and you do not agree with it, you can contact privacy-verzoek@injectablesbooking.nl. We will then reassess the situation. We also welcome any suggestions you may have to improve these processes.

How long we retain data

Injectablesbooking.nl will not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We will retain your data longer if we are required to do so by legal obligations. Injectablesbooking.nl deletes most of your data 2 years after placing your order. We use this period for administrative purposes and so that we can assist you and doctors/clinics with questions or complaints about scheduled appointments. Data used for reporting, analysis, and abuse prevention is retained for up to 20 years after placing your order. We cannot delete your data from backups. When restoring a backup, however, we will delete the data at that time.

Sharing with clinics (salons/practices/locations)

Injectablesbooking.nl provides your data (name, address details, and contact details for scheduled appointments) to the clinic you have selected, so the clinic can confirm and prepare your appointment. You are a direct customer of the doctor/clinic (salon/practice/location), and the doctor/clinic (salon/practice/location) therefore bears its own responsibility and obligations for processing your personal data. For questions about how the doctor/clinic (salon/practice/location) handles your data, it is best to contact the doctor/clinic (salon/practice/location) directly.

Sharing with others (not necessary for continuing the appointment)

Injectablesbooking.nl does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you, for analysis and marketing purposes, or to comply with legal obligations.

If you agree to our Cookie statement, we may share pseudonymized personal characteristics with third-party platforms such as Google or Facebook to create "Custom Audiences." Based on these Customer Audiences, such platforms will show you personalized ads. You can always opt out of these ads by switching to our Essential Cookie package.

With companies that process your data on our behalf, we enter into a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Injectablesbooking.nl remains responsible for these processing activities.
