In the run up to my wedding I started to have sessions with Ailsa. I have naturally very dry skin and am prone to my skin breaking and struggle to wear foundation without looking cakey or noticeably dry. My goal was to achieve glowy skin that needed little makeup by my wedding and in a few months with regular session with light therapy and her guidance on building a skin care routine I achieved exactly that. She's super knowledgeable and recommended great products which my skin enjoyed and took the time to explain what was/wasn't working and why. I only wish someone had done this for me when I was a teenager... it would have saved me thousands in terrible products and I would have had less eczema drama! Would totally recommend everyone to have sessions with her to understand your skin and how to care for it. On my wedding day I needed very little makeup, just a little enhancement and I don't feel like I'm looking at a stranger in the photos, which is what I so desperately wanted to avoid. Alison has a wonderful clinic and parking just outside which is much more convenient than where I used to go. My Botox lasted so much longer and Alison is so clever and knowledgeable I learnt so much about the treatment I was having. Just come back from having my brows microbladed by Lou and they look brilliant!! I chose Lou because she did my brows about 5 years ago as I had plucked them too much - and they've lasted this long - but obviously needed re-doing. Lou is very professional but also puts you at ease straight away with her friendly manner. And she also puts up with fussy clients like me that want everything to be perfect!

I thoroughly recommend her.

everything zara does is carried out with such care, precision and expertise. she understands faces on a level that is SO reassuring and she is completely honest, she will happily say no if she doesn’t believe something will look right for you. that alone speaks volumes about her professionalism and integrity. she listens to exactly what it is you want to change, takes the time to really understand your insecurities and problem areas, and then does everything in her power to make sure you leave feeling your absolute best inside and out

i went in wanting tear trough treatment, something id wanted for such a long time as I’d always had deep lines under my eyes that were a huge insecurity for me. instantly zara told me that tear trough wasn’t what I needed and wasn’t right for me and suggested an alternative. trusting that advice was so daunting especially when you have your heart so set on something you THINK will work for you but the results were so much better than i could ever have imagined and i am so overwhelmed by how much better i feel, i genuinely don’t know why i doubted her for a single second. this is just one example of how perfectly she understands what your face truly needs. she applies the same level of precision and care to everything she does, my lips and botox are always so beyond perfect and exactly right for my face and something i get complimented on soooo often (even after not having them done for 4 years because they lasted so well). she has never let me down and honestly knows my face wayyyyy better than i do
