I visited Thérapie Clinic for a free consultation for laser hair removal. The booking procedure was straight forward, and I was able to move my booking time with no issue. Reception was really welcoming and friendly, took my details and then directed me to the waiting area. Morgan, who did my consultation was just fab. She was very knowledgeable, able to answer my questions or concerns and advise me on the procedure as well as after care. She made me feel relaxed, talked me through the patch test and made sure I was comfortable. I didn’t feel pressured into deciding then and there whether to make a purchase and was given a range of different course length options. I’m looking forward to starting laser hair removal and am confident I am in safe hands. Show less »

The entire experience from the initial consultation is so professional and you are made to feel so comfortable. My consultation appointment was with Morgan who was so friendly and reassuring. I have had three sessions now one with Harriet and two with Justina and both have been absolutely amazing at making me feel comfortable. Through the entire session they ask to make sure you’re ok and chat the whole time. The appointment is over in no time and I always leave feeling so happy. The girls all really know what they’re talking about and you can tell it’s just such a lovely place to work making it a lovely place to visit. I would recommend this place to anyone. The results already after only having had 3 sessions is also amazing for me. Wish I had done it sooner and I’m so happy I listened to the recommendations from friends to use Thérapie. First time at this clinic for Botox and lip flip. Great offer on the website so booked an appointment. The email came through saying it was only a consultation so I rang several times before speaking to someone to confirm the treatment had booked. Not a great start. First time at this clinic for Botox and lip flip. Great offer on the website so booked an appointment. The email came through saying it was only a consultation so I rang several times before speaking to someone to confirm the treatment had booked. Not a great start. If I hadn’t already booked online not getting through on the phone would have made me not book an appointment. This definitely should be looked into. On the 2 days I went to the clinic I was met with several girls chatting away behind the desk also which was not very professional. I was then put in the tiny box area behind the desk to wait, which I later thought why as they have a lovely more open sitting area on round that was empty & would have enhanced a better first impression. I met the dr and he was very thorough on my forehead with the Botox which I liked. I had no issues after (no crazy brow situations) just slight bruising. The lip flip is a little stingy and did give me a little lift the dr did suggest filler in my top lip would be best but to see how I feel with this first. I did ask him about tear trough filler and he didn’t know what I meant which I thought was weird but he did say he only does lip fillers and botox. I still had movement after very natural looking and 2 weeks later at my review I got a top up on my bunny lines and crows feet again no issues. I would return here. Show less »

I was told if I don’t come in anyway I will have to pay full cost of the appointment or a £100 fine. I then got the bus to the appointment but the bus was late so I missed... Show more »

Poor customer service. Rang on the morning of my appointment (12.30 appointment, rang at 9am opening time) to explain I was unwell with flu. I rang 11 times before the phone was answered. I was told if I don’t come in anyway I will have to pay full cost of the appointment or a £100 fine. I then got the bus to the appointment but the bus was late so I missed my appointment by 10 minutes. I was told that the person doing my consultation was on a break so they would have to charge me the cancel despite me making the effort to come to the appointment whilst unwell with the flu. Terrible cancellation policy with no allowance for cancellations when unwell- they would rather customers came in with flu and made working staff sick than give a refund. Terrible at answering the phone. Poor communication. Refused to let me speak to the manager. Won’t return after this visit. Show less »

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at therapy clinic Belfast and will not be recommending it to anyone. I purchased 10 packages for full body treatments and 10 for lip and chin treatments, with the understanding that I should renew my body appointments every six weeks to achieve optimal results. However, the clinic has canceled my appointments more than three times due to staffing issues.

During my body sessions, which are supposed to last 1 hour and 15 minutes, I often find that they only last 30-40 minutes at most. Not all areas are covered thoroughly, and the quality of service has been inconsistent. Similarly, the lip and chin sessions, intended to be 15 minutes, frequently last only 5 minutes, lacking thorough coverage.

On one occasion, a session was completely ineffective. Although the clinic promised to compensate me for this, they did not follow through. Recently, when I called to schedule my remaining sessions, I was informed on the phone that I had three sessions left and I can either book them now or whenever I attend to my appointment before they expire, when I attempted to book these after my appointment, I was told that my sessions had already expired and that no compensation would be provided.

When I requested to speak with the manager for clarification, I found her to be unhelpful and rude. After a lengthy discussion, she agreed to compensate me only for one session which I have already paid for . and they did not compensate me my second session made west one session which worth £150 due to mistake from their member stuff.

Overall, my experience has been unsatisfactory, and I feel that the clinic has not upheld its commitments. Show less »

I had forgotten to fill out my questionnaire, but I was able to complete it while waiting to see Dr. Tan. Dr. Tan brought me into the room and took the time to chat about how my progress was going. This was my third visit, and once again, the customer service from the receptionist was outstanding. I had forgotten to fill out my questionnaire, but I was able to complete it while waiting to see Dr. Tan.
Dr. Tan brought me into the room and took the time to chat about how my progress was going. He showed me comparison photos—and wow, what a difference after just three sessions! The treatment itself was painless and very quick.
