I have been coming to see Darren and the team for many years and have always beeen happy with my experience but I have to knock off a star as the last two visit I haven’t had the outcome I would have expected or wanted . First I want to say I have always had great service from Darren and he’s always welcoming and good at his job but the treatments haven’t worked the last couple of times and I’m disappointed as the treatments isn’t cheap. I booked in to see Darren in August and he said there was a new Botox and did I want to give this a go and I was more then happy to just told me it’s a bit nippy which it was no problem so everything went well booked my follow up appointment two weeks later and got this topped up this is were things went wrong it didn’t work my wrinkles came back less than two weeks later contacted the clinic and was told Darren wasn’t available was away and they would see what they could do but I never got an email resolution never mind . So I couldn’t afford to go back straight away a lot of money so booked in in December to see Rhonda on the 11 December told her I didn’t want the same Botox and explained what happened she did my Botox and I booked follow up for the 23rd of December and got a reminder on the 19 asking me to confirm my appointment so the day before go to check the time on my account and see my appointment has been cancelled so look through emails no email confirming cancellation so clinic closes so called the day the appointment was due and told Rhona is on leave fair enough but am then told there no doctors until the 5 of January why didn’t you just be honest with patient and say your closing your clinic over Christmas and send me an email letting me know appointment is cancelled as I get after care emails etc and I have been a loyal customer a long time and I had taken time off as well to attend needs to be better communication with clients in future and the reason I didn’t complain further with Botox in August was I don’t want an atmosphere and I thought on my recent appointment that it would have been sorted address with a reduction in price I know this is a business but Botox is a lot of money but I do love coming here that’s my only negative comment. there is truly nobody i would trust more than zara with anything on my face. time and time again i’ve gone to her thinking I wanted one thing only for her to suggest something completely different and every single time what she recommends works a million times better (obviously🤣) . her knowledge, perfectionism and skill are genuinely incredible, she has such an unbelievable talent

i went in wanting tear trough treatment, something id wanted for such a long time as I’d always had deep lines under my eyes that were a huge insecurity for me. instantly zara told me that tear trough wasn’t what I needed and wasn’t right for me and suggested an alternative. trusting that advice was so daunting especially when you have your heart so set on something you THINK will work for you but the results were so much better than i could ever have imagined and i am so overwhelmed by how much better i feel, i genuinely don’t know why i doubted her for a single second. this is just one example of how perfectly she understands what your face truly needs. she applies the same level of precision and care to everything she does, my lips and botox are always so beyond perfect and exactly right for my face and something i get complimented on soooo often (even after not having them done for 4 years because they lasted so well). she has never let me down and honestly knows my face wayyyyy better than i do

beyond her talent, zara is one of the most beautifully kind, purest people you could ever meet. i genuinely look forward to my appointments just to see her, even more than for the treatments themselves. she will always squeeze me in for last minute appointments where she can, she is always asking about me and my life but honestly the entire team at the clinic are just as wonderful. everybody is so warm, welcoming and attentive. they remember all the little details, always take the time to chat with you, and consistently make sure you feel comfortable and cared for
