As usual therapist arrived at the clinic late for the appointment. Explained she had sick child. Fair enough (- although it did not explain the previous 2 times she was late- although better than when they cancelled altogether after me waiting 20mins on my second visit ). Laser was cold so she explained it would be 20 mins to heat up. I said I would run an errand for 10 mins. Came back and they still could not do the treatment. 40 mins after appointment was supposed to happen I asked if I should wait or come back later in the day explaining I had a legal appointment. Therapist got quite stroppy with me. Finally got treatment 50 mins after appointment time. Before starting she made an unpleasant comment to me about me not having children (which very much was not my choice ) I told her I had been polite and flexible despite being messed around. She then went and got a chaperone- I was pleased about this as it stopped her coming out with any more unprofessional comments.
The treatment so far has been ineffective.
If I had not paid in advance for a course of treatment, I would not have put up with this. If I could get a refund for the remainder of the course of 3 treatments I would be very happy to never go near this clinic again.
I would not recommend this clinic nor this therapist they have no respect for their customers. Show less »

I've received treatment from Leanne over the past year. I must say Leanne is an absolute credit to the clinic. She makes you feel 100% comfortable to share the things you are most uncomfortable about. She listens and gives you confidence in your expected results. I chose this clinic for laser hair removal. I was a little nervous at first as I didn't entirely know what to expect but the staff are very welcoming. I chose this clinic for laser hair removal. I was a little nervous at first as I didn't entirely know what to expect but the staff are very welcoming. The environment is clinical but relaxed - a bit like a GP surgery.
At the initial consultation the nurse ran through my medical history and completed a test patch. She was able to answer all my questions and was honest about the variability of results.
I've since been treated by lots of different technicians but the experience has been much the same each time so it's clear everyone knows what they're doing.
After 7 of 8 sessions I'm very pleased with the results. Show less »
