I always said I'd never get Botox, but I take it back, my skin looks great! My crows feet have immensely improved, no bruising, no swelling, and I'd 100% be back!

Dr Sarah Tonks expertise and approach are second-to-none. I cannot recommend The Lovely Clinic more for anyone wanting to address cosmetic, facial balancing or anti-ageing concerns.

In one visit, Dr Tonks solved: teeth grinding (bruxism) with botox, a gummy smile with a lip flip, poor skin issues with personalised product recommendations and prescriptions for medical-grade skincare, under-eye darkness with sunekos skin booster, and volume loss/ sagging skin with JULAINE biostimulator. She also recommended a Nefertiti neck lift to improve my neck and jawline, which was done alongside a toxin brow lift. All of this has had immediate effects which are getting better over time (it has only been a few weeks since my appointment!)
The medical aesthetic clinic is in a wonderful location in Chelsea, very easy to get to from tube or bus. I was greeted warmly and felt comfortable before I even entered the building thanks to great pre-appointment messages.
Overall a fault-less experience. It was a pleasure to put my trust in the expert and be guided in which treatments would benefit me the most. If you're on the fence about visiting, just do it! You will not regret a visit to The Lovely Clinic in London. Show less »

I went to Beth for a consultation a couple of weeks ago regarding some additional skin support and a lip flip/gummy smile. She's incredibly knowledgable which puts your mind at ease from the get go.
Treatment:
I then went for my lip flip/gummy smile on Monday (2 days ago); very reasonably priced too. I'm super nervy with injections (without proper care, I can faint), but Beth's treatment of me is perhaps the best care I've ever had. She was patient and I immediately felt like I was in safe hands. The treatment itself was super quick (that's my preference; no fuss, just get it done), and she let me lie down for as long as I needed and didn't rush me out the door like I've had before.
Results:
My god - I'm so happy! I can't stop smiling at myself in the mirror and I'm already feeling less conscious about my smile/teeth and it's only been 2 days since the treatment.
If I could give more stars I would! Everything from the consultation to the results is fantastic. Show less »

Keeley is amazing I have been going to her for some time now for lip and cheek fillers and booster injections and lip flip and Botox and every time the results are amazing I look about 10 years younger. I have received many treatments at this clinic which have included full facial Botox with a lip flip, Profhilo and polynucleotides. Treatments are delivered by a highly professional advanced nurse practitioner who has quite obviously completed in depth research into the facial anatomy. Everything about any treatment received is explained in full detail and delivered with care and professionalism within a beautiful clinic room. Not only is this an Aesthetics clinic but also offers advice on skin care, skin routines, Nutrition, and wellbeing. Holme Valley Skin Clinic is outstanding and thoroughly recommended.

Leanne checked in with me offering top up appointments etc to check how I was getting on. After not being satisfied with my own results of a lip flip I returned to Leanne for filler and I cannot tell you how IN LOVE with my lips I am now! The shape of them is PERFECT. Her customer care and customer satisfaction is clear throughout everything she does, the shop is wonderful and in such an ideal location, very clean and her level of knowledge is amazing regarding everything she does!

I would highly recommend!! I have been going to them for their super hot sun-beds, but recently I had a lip flip and eyelash lift and tint. Both girls, Tanya and Ciara were really friendly and explained everything. Very professional but also easy to talk to and answer any questions. Can’t thank them enough for my amazing lips and lashes.

I recently had Botox treatment for underarm sweating at Cleage Clinic and the results have been incredible. Excessive sweating had been a problem for me for years, it affected what I wore, my social confidence, and even my work life. I used to avoid certain clothes and colours, and I was constantly worried about visible sweat patches no matter the weather or situation. From the moment I arrived, the clinic team made me feel at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly, including how the treatment works, what the procedure involves, and what kind of results I could expect. The environment was clean, professional, and very reassuring.
The procedure itself was quick, precise, and much less uncomfortable than I expected. The injections only took a few minutes, and while there was some slight tingling, it was very manageable. I was able to return to my normal activities immediately after.
