I always said I'd never get Botox, but I take it back, my skin looks great! My crows feet have immensely improved, no bruising, no swelling, and I'd 100% be back!

The result I’ve got is natural and perfect for me.
People don’t notice I’ve got filler and a lip flip using Botox, that’s how good the result is. Even without make up and lip liner, it’s more than I could have ever hoped for with. I had zero complications, minimal bruising, and fantastic aftercare support.

Geraldine is exceptionally skilled and professional. I have extremely thin lips, and wasn't sure if I would even be able to get lip filler, or if it would look right on me if I did.
She was able to give me honest and practical feedback, and in the end I went with a lip flip followed by 0.5ml filler four weeks later, which was administered by needle rather than cannula (my lips really were that thin)
The result is phenomenal. I have fuller, natural looking lips which don't look like I've had any cosmetic procedures done. I am over the moon, and would recommend Geraldine to anybody in my position who is looking for a practice with a nurse who is skilled enough to help with tricky/awkward anatomy. Show less »

I went to The Courtyard Aesthetic Clinic for an IPL treatment for my sub-type 1 erythematotelangiectatic rosacea, which has left me with permanent redness, broken blood vessels, and spider veins. Covering it has always meant a thick layer of foundation—which I hate—so my hope with this treatment is to eventually go makeup-free. Fingers crossed!
The clinic is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the staff couldn’t have been lovelier. I was nervous at first, as I often imagine aesthetic clinics being for impossibly glamorous, well-groomed women—but I’m a slightly dishevelled, very ordinary, sweaty, menopausal woman of a certain age, so it felt intimidating. Dr Hayley Elsmore is incredible: knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and genuinely caring. She has a natural, gorgeous, glowing presence that immediately made me feel confident in her skill and in the results I could expect. She explained everything about the treatment clearly, showed me before-and-after photos of real patients, and never pressured me at any point.
The treatment itself was far more bearable than I expected. Dr Hayley guided me through every step, so there were no surprises, and I’m already seeing results from just my first session. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and it’s obvious she loves what she does and cares about her clients.

I don't even flinch as she is so careful and precise. I previously had some issues with bleeding which has now stopped and she has only asked to see me every six months. I have found the previous places I have been over rough and have left with a lot of pain. I recently had Botox treatment for underarm sweating at Cleage Clinic and the results have been incredible. Excessive sweating had been a problem for me for years, it affected what I wore, my social confidence, and even my work life. I used to avoid certain clothes and colours, and I was constantly worried about visible sweat patches no matter the weather or situation. From the moment I arrived, the clinic team made me feel at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly, including how the treatment works, what the procedure involves, and what kind of results I could expect. The environment was clean, professional, and very reassuring.
The procedure itself was quick, precise, and much less uncomfortable than I expected. The injections only took a few minutes, and while there was some slight tingling, it was very manageable. I was able to return to my normal activities immediately after.
Within about 10–14 days, I started noticing the difference , the sweating under my arms had reduced dramatically. Now, several weeks later, I hardly sweat at all in that area. It has given me such a boost in confidence and freedom; I can wear whatever I like without worrying, and I feel comfortable in social and professional situations where before I would have felt anxious. The aftercare provided by the clinic was also excellent, with clear instructions and the reassurance that I could get in touch if I had any concerns.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rupesh at the London Lip Clinic. I had been struggling with excessive underarm sweating for a long time—it was really uncomfortable and started affecting my confidence. I tried different roll-ons recommended by my GP, but nothing worked.

A friend of mine mentioned that her sister had the same issue and got treated by Dr. Rupesh with Botox for hyperhidrosis, and it worked really well for her. That gave me the push I needed to book a consultation.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure if the treatment would work for me, and I was also a bit scared about the pain and the whole process. But Dr. Rupesh was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail and really helped put my mind at ease.

I had body sculpt (including cavitation). Absolutely recommend! You’ll see the result almost straight away if you follow the recommendations. It’s not painful, quite relaxing actually. Very good service, you’ll be listened to. Great friendly atmosphere during the visits as well. I also had infrared sauna and can tell it works. It does make your body sweat a... Show more »

Went to see Dr Dhanji a few weeks back for botox injections to help with excessive sweating I experience during hot weather. I must say the results are fantastic and I started noticing a difference with the amount I sweat within a few days and now I'm at the stage where I feel really comfortable and would reccomended Dr Dhanji to anyone with similar symptoms...
