I cannot recommend Emma enough! I was completely put at ease from the minute I arrived.
I have always been self conscious about my smile but didn’t want to jump straight to filler so opted for a lip flip. The first time I had this done was a few weeks before my wedding and after a chat with Emma I opted for a slightly reduced amount as it was close to the wedding and the first time getting it done. I was so happy with the results and it was the genuine care and personal approach that made me go back again! Second time back last week and again…couldn’t be happier.

The "King of Needles," Mitch, is truly exceptional both as an individual and in his professional capacity. I have previously received Botox treatments elsewhere, but I had actually given up on them as the effects would only last for about two months if I was fortunate. During those prior experiences, no one ever mapped my face before administering the treatment.

I have also visited Mitch for my annual hay fever injection, which was performed with great care, leaving no bruising or dimples, unlike previous experiences elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment with Mitch for both Botox and lip filler. I was quite apprehensive about the lip filler, but during our initial consultation, he thoroughly explained everything and was absolutely wonderful. We decided to try a lip flip, which I was very pleased with.

Upon returning for my Botox top-up, which was a very minor adjustment, I was amazed that the effects became noticeable within just a week, leaving my face completely wrinkle-free—a first for me.

I also decided to proceed with lip filler, and Mitch truly listened to my preferences. Many people had told me that lip filler is quite painful, but I found that to be entirely untrue in my experience..

If you are uncertain about your needs or desires, I highly recommend scheduling a consultation; you will not be disappointed. It appears that many individuals wish to age gracefully without an artificial appearance, and Mitch is adept at helping clients achieve a natural yet enhanced look. I wholeheartedly recommend his services and personally have no intention of seeking treatment elsewhere. I travel from Cardiff for my treatments, and I can confidently say it is 100% worthwhile. In one visit, Dr Tonks solved: teeth grinding (bruxism) with botox, a gummy smile with a lip flip, poor skin issues with personalised product recommendations and prescriptions for medical-grade skincare, under-eye darkness with sunekos skin booster, and volume loss/ sagging skin with JULAINE biostimulator. She also recommended a Nefertiti neck lift to improve my neck and jawline, which was done alongside a toxin brow lift. All of this has had immediate effects which are getting better over time (it has only been a few weeks since my appointment!)

The medical aesthetic clinic is in a wonderful location in Chelsea, very easy to get to from tube or bus. I was greeted warmly and felt comfortable before I even entered the building thanks to great pre-appointment messages.

Overall a fault-less experience. It was a pleasure to put my trust in the expert and be guided in which treatments would benefit me the most. If you're on the fence about visiting, just do it! You will not regret a visit to The Lovely Clinic in London. Show less »

Consultation:
I went to Beth for a consultation a couple of weeks ago regarding some additional skin support and a lip flip/gummy smile. She's incredibly knowledgable which puts your mind at ease from the get go.

Treatment:
I then went for my lip flip/gummy smile on Monday (2 days ago); very reasonably priced too. I'm super nervy with injections (without proper care, I can faint), but Beth's treatment of me is perhaps the best care I've ever had. She was patient and I immediately felt like I was in safe hands. The treatment itself was super quick (that's my preference; no fuss, just get it done), and she let me lie down for as long as I needed and didn't rush me out the door like I've had before.

Results:
My god - I'm so happy! I can't stop smiling at myself in the mirror and I'm already feeling less conscious about my smile/teeth and it's only been 2 days since the treatment.

I don't even flinch as she is so careful and precise. I previously had some issues with bleeding which has now stopped and she has only asked to see me every six months. I have found the previous places I have been over rough and have left with a lot of pain. I recently had Botox treatment for underarm sweating at Cleage Clinic and the results have been incredible. Excessive sweating had been a problem for me for years, it affected what I wore, my social confidence, and even my work life. I used to avoid certain clothes and colours, and I was constantly worried about visible sweat patches no matter the weather or situation. From the moment I arrived, the clinic team made me feel at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly, including how the treatment works, what the procedure involves, and what kind of results I could expect. The environment was clean, professional, and very reassuring.
The procedure itself was quick, precise, and much less uncomfortable than I expected. The injections only took a few minutes, and while there was some slight tingling, it was very manageable. I was able to return to my normal activities immediately after.
Within about 10–14 days, I started noticing the difference , the sweating under my arms had reduced dramatically. Now, several weeks later, I hardly sweat at all in that area. It has given me such a boost in confidence and freedom; I can wear whatever I like without worrying, and I feel comfortable in social and professional situations where before I would have felt anxious. The aftercare provided by the clinic was also excellent, with clear instructions and the reassurance that I could get in touch if I had any concerns.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rupesh at the London Lip Clinic. I had been struggling with excessive underarm sweating for a long time—it was really uncomfortable and started affecting my confidence. I tried different roll-ons recommended by my GP, but nothing worked.

A friend of mine mentioned that her sister had the same issue and got treated by Dr. Rupesh with Botox for hyperhidrosis, and it worked really well for her. That gave me the push I needed to book a consultation.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure if the treatment would work for me, and I was also a bit scared about the pain and the whole process. But Dr. Rupesh was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail and really helped put my mind at ease.

He mentioned that results can start showing anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks, depending on the person. For me, I noticed a difference the very next day! It’s now been 3 weeks since my treatment, and I haven’t experienced any sweating at all—I’m honestly so happy with the results.

I have weak gums, I also had an extraction, which always terrifies me. The needle, just seeing it for the anstentic, brought me into a cold sweat. However we talked about football, I don't support his team, and after the banter. I was informed that it was done.
Next thing I know is the whole procedure was completed.
