Everything was explained, the clinic was immaculate, treatment was carried out by a nurse, and I can't praise Therapie highly enough!

I always said I'd never get Botox, but I take it back, my skin looks great! My crows feet have immensely improved, no bruising, no swelling, and I'd 100% be back!

Susan did my laser hair removal which I was very nervous about, but she was so lovely and reassuring that we ended up having a laugh the whole time. Susan did my laser hair removal which I was very nervous about, but she was so lovely and reassuring that we ended up having a laugh the whole time. Her knowledge of the products was very helpful and she was very professional and clearly an advocate of the business. My first visit to this clinic was disappointing, because the reported hair removal time on the website when booking was a total of 1.5 hours for the whole body and face, but I was treated in 40 minutes, which means that not all areas of hair were treated. My first visit to this clinic was disappointing, because the reported hair removal time on the website when booking was a total of 1.5 hours for the whole body and face, but I was treated in 40 minutes, which means that not all areas of hair were treated. And that means I'll have to do more treatments to remove my hair! Since I already have experience of laser hair removal, after that there was redness in its place, but after this hair removal there was nothing. After a long conversation with the clinic manager, the conclusions are that the clinic works on the flow of customers, they are not interested in getting rid of your hair! They also give a very small percentage of hair care after the first visit 1-10% - this is very little, at least 15% of the hair should be removed. As I wrote earlier, my procedure was supposed to last 1.5 hours, but it was done in 40 minutes, which means that a small amount of hair was processed, and you will have to come here obviously for more than 10 sessions! And spend more money! I also don't understand how with such lighting in offices you can see a shaved treatment zone! It's also a big minus for their refund policy! You can't get anything back if you've already paid for the course and you don't like something, and this once again proves that the clinic works on the flow of customers and not on quality and is not interested in getting rid of hair! That's why I don't recommend this clinic! Find a specialist who, though more expensive, is of high quality! Show less »

Before the procedure, she took the time to explain exactly what she would do to achieve the best results for my face. I can't recommend Dr. Hannah Zengin enough. She is incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Before the procedure, she took the time to explain exactly what she would do to achieve the best results for my face. She was so precise and calm during the treatment, which immediately put me at ease.
I was worried about having redness, swelling, or bruises since I had to pick up my kids right after the appointment. However, I was thrilled to leave the clinic with great initial results and no visible marks. I can't wait for my follow-up appointment in two weeks. I had an appointment booked with Chloe this morning at 10am for micro needling and I can say the service was absolutely marvellous!! So kind, empathetic, talked me through procedures thoroughly and aftercare and let me know what other options may be available. I already notice the difference after one session (I have facial scarring from an oil burn). I had a lovely experience with Chloe she was so fun and made the whole thing relaxing for people who maybe have a bit of nerves she was very reassuring so thank you! I will be booking again and highly recommend!
