What is a cosmetic polynucleotide treatment?
A treatment with polynucleotides, sometimes also known as salmon sperm, skin booster DNA injections, or bio-revitalisation with polynucleotides, is a new way to naturally improve and rejuvenate the skin. I had really dark circles under my eyes and was recommended a course of polynucleotides to brighten the skin round my eyes and a lateral lift of botox to tighten area rould top of my nose and eyes. My next treatment is for some lip fillers.
There is no doubt these treatments are expensive but I would prefer to go to someone like Janet who knows her stuff - her aim is to enhance the face as naturally as possible as opposed to a fake look and she assesses each client each time she sees them before any treatment.

I only discovered this little gem recently and have had three different treatments here. I had polynucleotides under my eyes and then skin boosters. After my polynucleotide treatment (which wasn’t done with a cannula), my under-eye area felt a little cold and numb for about an hour, and there were tiny hive-like blebs — which I read are completely normal. They started settling within a few hours. They did take 48hrs to go away so I wasn't a great sight!

Dr Niarah is truly in a class of her own.
I came to her after a negative experience elsewhere left me anxious and unsure whether to continue with treatment. But after several consultations with other practitioners, she stood out immediately. Not just for her qualifications, but for her calm confidence and her philosophy.
She said something I’ll never forget: “I focus on skin health first. You can do every procedure out there, but if the skin isn’t healthy, it won’t look good.” That completely shifted my mindset.
She introduced me to polynucleotide treatments, something I hadn’t heard of before. These work by stimulating your skin’s natural collagen production and cellular repair. I hate pain but Jessica put me at ease with a no nonsense approach (with a stress ball) and booking was easy. Did it hurt? Yes because I'm a wimp at times but was it worth it? Absolutely.
Each treatment I'd still dread the needles but Jessica worked promptly and efficiently to give me a great result. The first treatment I didn't see too much of a difference, second treatment I started to notice 3 weeks after and 3rd treatment was almost instantaneous.
