I got an Opalescent gift card for my birthday and decided to use it on the “Skin Care Consultation”. In need of some expert advice and looking for new replacement products I had no idea what to try next! At the consultation Rebecca listened, asked lots of questions and looked at the products I was using. A couple of days later I received my report! I was blown away with the details. She has given me so much information including her recommendations and how to improve my daily routine. I was delighted with my consultation and would certainly recommend to anyone especially if, like me, you get overwhelmed when shopping for these products and options and usually end up with the same old ones I have been using forever! This was my second visit to Opalesce Skin Clinic. My first visit was for a general consultation to find the best skin products to meet my skin goals (I'm so glad I went, I can literally see the benefits every day). This time, I had cryotherapy to treat some dark spots on my face, something I’ve wanted to target for ages! Becs took care of my treatment, she is super professional and makes you feel at ease right away.

She really knows her stuff and was so reassuring throughout the process. The treatment itself was quick and easy – just a few seconds of very precise coldness on the spots. The healing is going exactly as Becs explained, which is great.

My Christmas present from my lovely daughter was a skin treatment with Bec at Opalesce Skin Clinic.
The consultation chat we started off with before the treatments was very informative and my treatments were very enjoyable. As I could only do a one off treatment session since I was visiting from abroad, Bec suggested I had the Dermaplaning Treatment which I was intrigued to try so that’s what we went ahead with. We did a combination of Dermaplaning, Electroporation & Radio Frequency treatment.
My skin looks more even and feels smoother and better every day since. Bec was very easy to talk to and is a warm and caring person. What truly made the experience exceptional was Bec, I found she was not only a skilled practitioner but also extremely professional and attentive. Before starting, Bec took the time to explain the entire process, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed. Her gentle touch and precision made all the difference—I felt completely at ease and relaxed throughout the treatment. The massage bed was a nice added touch.

Bec also gave me personalised aftercare tips to keep my skin glowing and recommended products suited to my skin type. I could tell she genuinely cared about my experience and results.
