I got an Opalescent gift card for my birthday and decided to use it on the “Skin Care Consultation”. In need of some expert advice and looking for new replacement products I had no idea what to try next! At the consultation Rebecca listened, asked lots of questions and looked at the products I was using. A couple of days later I received my report! I was blown away with the details. She has given me so much information including her recommendations and how to improve my daily routine. I was delighted with my consultation and would certainly recommend to anyone especially if, like me, you get overwhelmed when shopping for these products and options and usually end up with the same old ones I have been using forever! My first treatment of Profhilo with Rebecca was perfect. Rebecca took me through all of the information about the treatment and ensured it was right for me and that I was happy to proceed.
The actual treatment took a few minutes and it wasn't uncomfortable which I was very happy with.
Any anxiety I did have went away as Rebecca walked me through step by step whilst progressing with my treatment.
We discussed aftercare and I'm really looking forward to going for my second session in a few weeks. I've also booked in for a retinol treatment.
Rebecca is down to earth, welcoming and her knowledge is fantastic 👏
