I recently had my polynucleotide treatment with Nurse Mel, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and reassured, explaining everything clearly and answering all of my questions with patience and professionalism.

The treatment itself was carried out with such care and precision — I felt completely at ease in her hands. Nurse Mel has a gentle touch and a warm, friendly manner that makes the whole process so much easier.

I would highly recommend Nurse Mel to anyone considering polynucleotide treatments — she is knowledgeable, skilled, and genuinely cares about her patients. Show less »

The clinic has absurd rules. I tried to cancel or reschedule my appointment due to painful menstrual cramps, but the receptionist refused because there were less than 48 hours left. The clinic has absurd rules. I tried to cancel or reschedule my appointment due to painful menstrual cramps, but the receptionist refused because there were less than 48 hours left. How could I possibly know how I’d feel two days in advance? asking me to come anyway because there is no options , ridiculous , It feels like they only care about making money, not about their patients!

As a result, one of my prepaid sessions was wasted. Yeah I have to pay again for my prepaid session just because of this stupidity The staff were completely unhelpful, and I had to arrange a new appointment with another clinic myself. Very poor service and unreasonable policies. Show less »

Horrible experience with this company. I purchased a laser treatment package and it has been nothing but frustration. It took a long time just to get an appointment, and then the day before my scheduled session, they cancelled via email even though their own policy requires clients to give 48 hours notice. Horrible experience with this company. I purchased a laser treatment package and it has been nothing but frustration. It took a long time just to get an appointment, and then the day before my scheduled session, they cancelled via email even though their own policy requires clients to give 48 hours notice.

They offered me an appointment at the Canary Wharf branch, which I declined, requesting instead for Stratford. Without consulting me, they went ahead and booked me for a random day and time. When I contacted customer service, they simply cancelled it.

Later, the Stratford clinic apologised and offered me an appointment for the 8th of September at 8:30pm. Today is the 8th, and there is still no confirmation, no booking, nothing.

This has been an absolute nightmare unprofessional, disorganised, and stressful. I’ve now asked for a full refund. Show less »
