Dr Annie was personable, professional and instantly put me at ease during my first visit to the clinic. During treatment she explained the techniques she was using and why, which made me feel confident in the procedure and that it was being tailored to me specifically. I had a fantastic experience with Roxy! She is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and made the entire process comfortable and quick. The results are already amazing after just one session. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my laser treatments. Highly recommend!

It was a terrible experience for me at this clinic. I would not recommend it to anyone. They spent only 5 minutes on one area, even though I bought a package for 2 areas for £50. It was a terrible experience for me at this clinic.
I would not recommend it to anyone.

They spent only 5 minutes on one area, even though I bought a package for 2 areas for £50.

It was difficult to find the exact floor of the clinic. It was listed as being on the first floor, but in the Westfield shopping mall (when you exit the tube), the first floor actually means the third floor. While I was searching for the clinic, I tried calling them, but no one answered.

I was 8 minutes late, and I even waited 3 minutes at the entrance. The entire procedure inside took only 5 minutes.

I didn’t really understand what happened. The staff explained that my appointment was scheduled for 20 minutes for both areas, and since my time was up, she couldn’t continue. If I was that late, the administration could have rescheduled me or adjusted the timing, but no one offered that option.

I am very disappointed. £50 for 5 minutes! Show less »

Best service I had in Thérapie! Mel was so lovely, explained everything answered all my questions. I was worried about lid dropping, but she did an amazing job. Couldn’t even feel a sting when getting the injection. Truly recommend nurse Mel.

The staff are also friendly and welcoming especially the manager of the store. He’s so welcoming and down to earth.

I recently thought of doing lacer treatment for removing my facial hair and approached Therapies clinic. They are so approachable and kind. Today was my first session and Connie did the treatment. She was really good and reassured me all through the treatment session as i was a bit nervous. I genuinely recommend coming here.

As a result, one of my prepaid sessions was wasted. Yeah I have to pay again for my prepaid session just because of this stupidity The staff were completely unhelpful, and I had to arrange a new appointment with another clinic myself. Very poor service and unreasonable policies. Show less »

Horrible experience with this company. I purchased a laser treatment package and it has been nothing but frustration. It took a long time just to get an appointment, and then the day before my scheduled session, they cancelled via email even though their own policy requires clients to give 48 hours notice.

They offered me an appointment at the Canary Wharf branch, which I declined, requesting instead for Stratford. Without consulting me, they went ahead and booked me for a random day and time. When I contacted customer service, they simply cancelled it.

Later, the Stratford clinic apologised and offered me an appointment for the 8th of September at 8:30pm. Today is the 8th, and there is still no confirmation, no booking, nothing.

This has been an absolute nightmare unprofessional, disorganised, and stressful. I’ve now asked for a full refund. Show less »

Had a free consultation as it was my first time. Orietta was wonderful. She really knew what she was talking about, confident, well-informed and helpful.

She gauged what I thought I needed first and then shared her expertise. I really felt heard.

I've booked 3 sessions of two different treatments - super quick and efficient. So exciting!
