I had a great first Potenza treatment with Maria. She was very friendly, explained the treatment and aftercare instructions well and made me feel like I was in good hands. The treatment itself wasn‘t painful at all and totally manageable. Looking forward to the next session.

I was a little nervous about getting laser done, but Jamila explained everything with such professionalism, patience, and kindness that I immediately felt reassured.

She really knows her craft inside out – she took the time to assess my skin type carefully and explained the process in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. The treatment itself was smooth, practically painless, and far more comfortable than I had imagined. What stood out most to me was how attentive she was throughout, constantly checking in to make sure I was okay and tailoring the session to my needs.

Jamila has that rare combination of being extremely professional while also being so warm, friendly, and approachable. You feel like you’re in the hands of someone who genuinely wants the best for you. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I just had a Potenza treatment with Maria. Very gentle and efficient! I’m just surprised by how gentle it is and even each move is carefully done but the whole treatment time is quick. I can just tell she’s a very experienced therapist. Highly recommend Maria.

Had my 9th out of 10 laser hair removal session and Maria has been doing my treatments. She’s very gentle and always asks if im in pain. She always makes me feel comfortable and takes her time. Highly recommend her.
