My experience with Therapie Clinic on Wigmore Street started last year. My daughter and I paid in full for full-body laser treatment and were so excited that we booked our first session for the very next day.

While waiting for our appointment, we noticed on the screen that there was an app promotion and a sale running. We politely asked whether we could receive the discounted rate as credit, but were advised to contact head office. Unfortunately, despite spending many hours on the phone trying to resolve the matter, nothing was done.

After a few sessions, we met Harman, the therapist, and she completely changed our experience. She was incredibly thorough, precise, and always took her time to ensure the treatment was done properly. Her professionalism and attention to detail made a huge difference and gave me confidence in continuing my treatments.

On one occasion when Harman was unavailable, it was my seventh session, and the difference was noticeable. I felt that some of the other therapists rushed through the treatment and did not provide the same level of care and thoroughness.

I highly recommend Harman. She is truly exceptional at what she does and such a kind, angelic person. She is the main reason I continued my laser treatment journey at the clinic. Show less »

Within less than 24 hours, the prices dropped, which was frustrating—especially since I had already purchased two packages, one for myself and one for my daughter. I reached out to the team on Wigmore Street as well as head office to request some form of credit, but unfortunately, they weren’t willing to help. I have saved all the correspondence with them and the wigmore str.
After a few sessions with different practitioners, I was treated by Harmandeep, who was incredibly precise and professional. I’ve genuinely seen noticeable improvements after her treatments, and I can’t rate her highly enough. If it wasn’t for her i wouldn’t gone back.
However, my experience on the 21st of March with Naba was disappointing. I felt upset because she didn’t mark my legs with a white pencil as expected and seemed to rush through the session, which ended much quicker than anticipated. Show less »

However my appointment was delayed as you didn’t have the product and someone had to travel to another clinic to collect stock, this was a prebooked treatment so surely someone should have checked that in advance but the thing I’m really not happy with is the incorrect info I was given from reception. I was referred via a friend and downloaded the app from the referral link and made the initial consultation appt. On 12th Feb I had the consultation and given a quote verbally for the treatment. I explained that I should have £50 referral voucher. I was told if I paid a higher deposit of £255 then the £50 would be taken off the final payment. So this is what I did. However when I had my treatment on 25th Feb I was then told I couldn’t have the voucher as I didn’t book through the referral link (which I had) then I was told I needed to book another treatment for the £50 to be deducted. As you can imagine I was not happy with this as this wasn’t what I was told. There seemed to be total confusion at the desk with how you get the £50 and obviously incorrect info is being given. Clarity and training needs to be given as I feel very misled and nothing was done to correct it or even an apology. It’s a real shame as this was my first experience at the clinic, my friend highly recommends the treatments and I’m very happy with Evie and what she did it’s just a shame processes around the treatment were not good Show less »

Great laser hair removal results with Uzma! She’s very attentive and nice. Would try to book with her! I am only giving it 4/5 as I don’t think all consultants are equally good and I’ve had rushed sessions at this clinic before with parts missed.

Dr Reisalla was brilliant. She is gentle and very knowledgeable on injecting and made me feel very comfortable. The clinic also does reviews post injectables which is wonderful as they insure you are very happy with results. The app is easy to book on and the staff are lovely!

I also sent four follow-up emails, and didn’t even receive an acknowledgement of receipt, let alone an actual response… wasn’t expecting a lot, but just that they have looked into it.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding this clinic — there are plenty of better options in London. Show less »

I had a Morpheus 8 facial here and had a great experience. Joanna did my treatment and she was lovely and knows what she’s doing. There was an error with my booking initially, but this issue was sorted quickly and they booked me in for the next available weekend slot (which are hard to come by so I am very grateful for that)

Unfortunately, my experience here has been very inconsistent. Out of 5 sessions, only one felt like a true five-star service. One session was so poor that I genuinely questioned whether the service was worth what I paid. The remaining sessions were just average or decent — nothing particularly memorable.

What’s more frustrating is that I’ve requested three times not to be booked with a specific staff member whose service I found unsatisfactory. Despite this, I was booked with her again. I felt uncomfortable having to explain this in person and ended up going to reception to reschedule, which wasted over 20 minutes of my time. This could have been avoided if my request had been respected.

There’s also been a lack of communication when changes are made. On at least one occasion, the provider was switched without any prior notice. I had specifically asked to be informed of any provider or timing changes so I could decide whether to go ahead or reschedule. I understand things happen, but clients should be given the choice — especially when they’ve paid in advance.

At this point, I regret purchasing the 10-session package. I hope the business improves its communication, respects client preferences, and ensures more consistency in service quality moving forward. Show less »

I always feel a bit concerned as a guy not wanting to make my therapist feel uncomfortable, but Martrice was not just comfortable, she made me feel as safe and embraced as possible. The sweetest, talkative when I needed to forget the pain, and extremely diligent, more than any other therapist I have tried. Left there feeling the happiest and having finally found the therapist with whom “I clicked” and would want to continue exclusively with. Despite this, she made a fuss about my arrival and told me I would only have time for one service instead of both. After some discussion, I reminded her that I have often been made to wait several minutes—even 20-30 minutes—when I arrived on time, and since they had rescheduled me, I expected some flexibility, especially as I’ve been a regular client for some time now. Thankfully, my therapist was kind enough to accommodate me. However, I do feel the front desk staff could benefit from more training on how to communicate with clients in a more professional and sophisticated manner. Show less »

I had my laser session today with Harman at Thérapie Clinic Marylebone, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to check in with me throughout the treatment to make sure I was okay. Her kindness and professionalism made the whole experience so much better!

I have arrived on time for each appointment and always had to wait for a late doctor. I have had laser hair removal done at this location on and off multiple times. I have arrived on time for each appointment and always had to wait for a late doctor. Today I arrived 8 minutes late due to traffic only to be refused service straight away with no room for accommodation. I asked if I could reschedule my appointment for tomorrow and was similarly coldly refused, saying that I could only reschedule within the same day. Which meant I would need to wait from 12pm to 5.30pm.
The infuriating double standard treatment was hard for me to accept. Luckily, Sara, the receptionist at the time, was very considerate. She not only patiently calmed me down, but also took the initiative to help coordinate, and ultimately helped me schedule my appointment half an hour later, so that I was able to get my wax done without any problems. Her kindness and professionalism were invaluable in such a service environment. Show less »

I had a full body laser appointment today with Harman, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The treatment was thorough and efficient. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. Highly recommend!

I’ve been doing my laser treatment at the Wigmore Street clinic since the beginning of the year and it’s been a genuinely great experience. The whole team of therapists are so professional, warm, and attentive. I always feel comfortable and well looked after during each session.

While I’m still partway through my treatment course, I’ve already noticed some progress, which is really encouraging. I recently had my first laser session for the face with Angelica, who was fantastic, gentle, thorough, and really reassuring throughout.

I’ve also been doing full-body laser with a few different therapists, most recently with Ellie, and again, I felt completely safe and cared for. The clinic maintains a consistently high standard across the board and I’m really looking forward to seeing the full results once my course is complete.
