I had such an amazing experience at Therapie Clinic! We booked my first session for the very next day, and I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better time during the procedure.

Naba was absolutely wonderful — kind, gentle, and incredibly professional. She talked me through every step of the procedure, making the whole session so relaxing. Her calming approach and attention to detail really put me at ease.

Unfortunately, my experience here has been very inconsistent. Out of 5 sessions, only one felt like a true five-star service. Unfortunately, my experience here has been very inconsistent. Out of 5 sessions, only one felt like a true five-star service. One session was so poor that I genuinely questioned whether the service was worth what I paid. The remaining sessions were just average or decent — nothing particularly memorable.

What’s more frustrating is that I’ve requested three times not to be booked with a specific staff member whose service I found unsatisfactory. Despite this, I was booked with her again. I felt uncomfortable having to explain this in person and ended up going to reception to reschedule, which wasted over 20 minutes of my time. This could have been avoided if my request had been respected.

There’s also been a lack of communication when changes are made. On at least one occasion, the provider was switched without any prior notice. I had specifically asked to be informed of any provider or timing changes so I could decide whether to go ahead or reschedule. I understand things happen, but clients should be given the choice — especially when they’ve paid in advance.

At this point, I regret purchasing the 10-session package. I hope the business improves its communication, respects client preferences, and ensures more consistency in service quality moving forward. Show less »

Despite this, she made a fuss about my arrival and told me I would only have time for one service instead of both. After some discussion, I reminded her that I have often been made to wait several minutes—even 20-30 minutes—when I arrived on time, and since they had rescheduled me, I expected some flexibility, especially as I’ve been a regular client for some time now. Thankfully, my therapist was kind enough to accommodate me. However, I do feel the front desk staff could benefit from more training on how to communicate with clients in a more professional and sophisticated manner. Show less »

I have had laser hair removal done at this location on and off multiple times. I have arrived on time for each appointment and always had to wait for a late doctor. Today I arrived 8 minutes late due to traffic only to be refused service straight away with no room for accommodation. I asked if I could reschedule my appointment for tomorrow and was similarly coldly refused, saying that I could only reschedule within the same day. Which meant I would need to wait from 12pm to 5.30pm.
The infuriating double standard treatment was hard for me to accept. Luckily, Sara, the receptionist at the time, was very considerate. She not only patiently calmed me down, but also took the initiative to help coordinate, and ultimately helped me schedule my appointment half an hour later, so that I was able to get my wax done without any problems. Her kindness and professionalism were invaluable in such a service environment. Show less »

I’ve been doing my laser treatment at the Wigmore Street clinic since the beginning of the year and it’s been a genuinely great experience. The whole team of therapists are so professional, warm, and attentive. I always feel comfortable and well looked after during each session.

While I’m still partway through my treatment course, I’ve already noticed some progress, which is really encouraging. I recently had my first laser session for the face with Angelica, who was fantastic, gentle, thorough, and really reassuring throughout.

I’ve also been doing full-body laser with a few different therapists, most recently with Ellie, and again, I felt completely safe and cared for. The clinic maintains a consistently high standard across the board and I’m really looking forward to seeing the full results once my course is complete.
