This was my third, and not my last, visit to Arun's magical clinic in enchanting Mayfair. Arun is a charming gentleman doctor whose integrity is at the heart of his practice. I would guess that many people who visit cosmetic clinics are sensitive about how they look to the outside world. The problem is it is very easy to visit the wrong practitioners and get results that may cause sleepless nights.

My first visit to Arun was made after a botched lip job that left me with a pronounced, overfilled bottom lip. Its effect on my mental outlook was no doubt exacerbated because I am sensitive about the way I look. Arun was, from the get-go, positive. He told me he could and would reverse the protrusion. But Arun did more; he made my upper and lower lips symmetrical and younger—beautiful.

I am not sure what a good bedside manner is, but if it is about deeply reassuring a patient pre-procedure, Arun has it in bucket loads. For example, during the lip procedure he almost read my mind when he simply said, “Paul, don’t worry, you won’t have women’s lips.” [And there were many other instances when similar comments just reassured me that I was in the hands of a wonderfully caring clinician].

This little reflection on how impressive Arun is as a cosmetic practitioner of the highest caliber could go on and on. Indeed, as I write this, I will see Arun again in a few days' time for a free follow-up consultation to see how the results post-procedure have settled. I do hope the trust I have in Arun comes across in this second of my reviews about Arun because I want other people like me, who are sensitive about how they look, to make their way to Arun’s caring cosmetic in Mayfair. I can not rave enough about Dr Karwal! I initially went to see him as I had a face full of filler it looked awful and I worried that dissolving would leave me with completely sagging skin. I can not rave enough about Dr Karwal! I initially went to see him as I had a face full of filler it looked awful and I worried that dissolving would leave me with completely sagging skin. Dr Karwal used Ultrasound to dissolve the filler and my face doesn't look like what I thought it would! He is absolutely amazing. He is patient and supportive and I have been back a few times and he is very accommodating and listens to you. What really shines out for me is Dr Karwal doesn't offer you what you don't need. He is honest and also doesn't rush you. I have always felt very comfortable and reassured. I highly recommend him. His assistant is also very warm and welcoming. From my very first point of contact, the communication was friendly, professional, and reassuring, you could tell there was great knowledge and a level of expertise in what Dr Karwal does. When I arrived, I was immediately impressed by how calm and relaxing the environment felt , it really helped put me at ease before my treatment. The clinic is in a great location, easy to find and very welcoming.

In the treatment room, everything was spotless and beautifully presented. Dr Arun Karwal took the time to explain every step, making sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling completely confident in the care I received and thrilled with the results. I had a tear-trough filler and some profile balancing which involved some chin and nose filler to achieve a great side profile. I was in shock with the instant result and how natural it looked. I was so pleased with the results.

Tear through filler didn’t make much of a difference despite paying over £600 for it. One side looked over filled and eventually got it dissolved as it didn’t look good. Was advised that dissolving wouldn’t cause any issues but my cheeks look sunken compared to before when my cheeks were fuller and I look like I’ve aged by 5 years I wouldn’t recommend, if... My visit to Dr Karwal on 09/08/25 for Endolift treatment was excellent. The clinic is easy to find and absolutely lovely with a calming waiting room. Dr Karwal fully explained the process of the treatment and what I should expect during and after, he also answered any questions I had. I have to say I was quite nervous, but really needn’t have been as both Dr Karwal and his assistant were so lovely. I can’t wait for the final results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic. I booked a filler dissolving on my nose which i was very worried about beforehand due to risks and complications however Dr Karwal made me feel super confident in getting this procedure done, he is very confident in what he does also experienced with alot of knowledge about everything. Dr Karwal took the time to assess my skin, explained every step of the process, and customized the treatment to my specific needs. His attention to detail is second to none. He explained every step of the process clearly, and his calm, professional manner instantly put me at ease.

The procedure itself was virtually painless, and I felt completely safe in his expert hands.

The results have been incredible — subtle but transformative. My under-eye area looks brighter and smoother, and I feel so much more confident without looking overdone. I’ve had so many compliments on how well-rested I look!
