I couldn’t be happier with my results from Dr Karwal Aesthetics! I recently had tear trough filler treatment and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dr Karwal took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and really understood the look I wanted to achieve — refreshed and natural.

His attention to detail is second to none. He explained every step of the process clearly, and his calm, professional manner instantly put me at ease.

The procedure itself was virtually painless, and I felt completely safe in his expert hands.

The results have been incredible — subtle but transformative. My under-eye area looks brighter and smoother, and I feel so much more confident without looking overdone. I’ve had so many compliments on how well-rested I look!

I booked a filler dissolving on my nose which i was very worried about beforehand due to risks and complications however Dr Karwal made me feel super confident in getting this procedure done, he is very confident in what he does also experienced with alot of knowledge about everything. Dr Karwal took the time to assess my skin, explained every step of the process, and customized the treatment to my specific needs. The clinic is in a great location, easy to find and very welcoming.

In the treatment room, everything was spotless and beautifully presented. Dr Arun Karwal took the time to explain every step, making sure I was comfortable throughout. I left feeling completely confident in the care I received and thrilled with the results. I had a tear-trough filler and some profile balancing which involved some chin and nose filler to achieve a great side profile. I was in shock with the instant result and how natural it looked. I was so pleased with the results.

This was my third, and not my last, visit to Arun's magical clinic in enchanting Mayfair. Arun is a charming gentleman doctor whose integrity is at the heart of his practice. I would guess that many people who visit cosmetic clinics are sensitive about how they look to the outside world. The problem is it is very easy to visit the wrong practitioners and get results that may cause sleepless nights.

My first visit to Arun was made after a botched lip job that left me with a pronounced, overfilled bottom lip. Its effect on my mental outlook was no doubt exacerbated because I am sensitive about the way I look. Arun was, from the get-go, positive. He told me he could and would reverse the protrusion. But Arun did more; he made my upper and lower lips symmetrical and younger—beautiful.

I am not sure what a good bedside manner is, but if it is about deeply reassuring a patient pre-procedure, Arun has it in bucket loads. For example, during the lip procedure he almost read my mind when he simply said, “Paul, don’t worry, you won’t have women’s lips.” [And there were many other instances when similar comments just reassured me that I was in the hands of a wonderfully caring clinician].

This little reflection on how impressive Arun is as a cosmetic practitioner of the highest caliber could go on and on. Indeed, as I write this, I will see Arun again in a few days' time for a free follow-up consultation to see how the results post-procedure have settled. I do hope the trust I have in Arun comes across in this second of my reviews about Arun because I want other people like me, who are sensitive about how they look, to make their way to Arun’s caring cosmetic in Mayfair. Dr Karwal is exceptional — calm, highly skilled, and incredibly knowledgeable. My case was complex as I am allergic to hyaluronidase, yet he still managed to safely dissolve all the filler in my face using ultra sound. I felt completely safe and reassured throughout the entire process.

I had migrated under eye filler from about five years ago, and over time I became increasingly distressed by how unnatural the contours looked. I didn’t realise until recently that the issue could be due to undissolved filler, which led me to book an appointment with Dr Karwal.

From the start, he put me completely at ease. His knowledge and expertise were immediately clear, and he took the time to explain every step of the process. He also walked me through what he was seeing on the ultrasound in detail, which made me feel very informed and reassured.

The dissolving procedure itself was quick and virtually painless. I returned a few weeks later for a small touch up, and the results have been amazing. My under eye area now looks so much better and I can finally see my natural eye contour again.
