Gabriela has such a warm, kind, and professional manner that immediately puts you at ease. As someone who is very detail-oriented and always has lots of questions, I truly appreciate how patient, thorough, and accommodating she is. She takes the time to explain everything and never makes you feel rushed.

I’ve had both injectables and laser hair removal at this clinic and I’ve always had a great experience. The clinic itself is very clean, modern and well presented, which immediately makes you feel comfortable and confident in the treatments.

The staff are always friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the treatments properly, answer questions, and never make you feel rushed. The injectable skin boosters (profhilo) were very natural and exactly what I wanted, and the laser hair removal has been really effective with great results so far.

Overall, a really well run clinic with lovely staff and a very professional environment. I would definitely recommend for both injectables and laser hair removal. They also offer skin treatments and will go there next for my microneedling and face peels. Show less »

I visited Laser Clinics Silverburn today (Thursday, 22/01) at 12:20 for a hair removal treatment, and I wanted to share how exceptional my experience was.
Due to personal reasons, I experienced an unexpected anxiety/panic attack just before the treatment. Although I unfortunately don’t know the therapist’s name, I hope she can be identified by the date and time of my appointment (22/01 at 12:20).
She handled the situation with outstanding professionalism, empathy, and calm. She immediately noticed that something was wrong, showed genuine care and concern, listened patiently, and knew exactly how to help me calm down. Her warmth, understanding, and reassuring presence made a huge difference — I truly felt safe and supported.
Thanks to her care, I was able to regain my composure and we were able to proceed with the hair removal treatment. She was incredibly gentle throughout, regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and made the procedure quick and minimally uncomfortable. Her calm and compassionate approach completely transformed what could have been a very difficult experience into a positive one.
I am genuinely impressed by how professionally and kindly she handled everything. I would like to sincerely thank her for her care, support, and sensitivity — it truly meant a lot to me.

On my first visit, I had actually booked the wrong treatment, but the therapist was so honest and knowledgeable - they told me it wasn’t the right option for me and recommended a different treatment instead. That treatment ended up being half the price, and they refunded me straight away without any hassle, which I really appreciated.

The staff are genuinely so lovely and professional, appointments always run on time, and it’s never hard to get availability. The clinic itself is super clean, everything is incredibly efficient, and you’re honestly in and out so quickly. Best of all, I personally find the treatments completely painless. It is spotless and hygienic, and the staff at the front desk are always very welcoming. I've been going to the same person (Gigi) and she has been amazing from the beginning. Making me feel very comfortable each time. When I called last week for an appointment for a top-up (having not been for 4 months!) she recognised my voice on the phone and was happy to fit me in with a last-minute appointment. It's this kind of service that makes me return and to continue to recommend the salon (and GIGI specifically) to all my friends. I've been to a few salons previously and I've not felt at ease or the staff haven't been as knowledgeable or they are always on the hard sell. It's not like that here at all, and I'll continue to return and recommend the salon and Gigi. Delighted with the service as a long-standing customer. Show less »

I had been here previously and absolutely loved this place. Even recommended it to many people. I saw a deal on for deluxe hydrafacial and bought two with boosters.

My experience was disappointing both times. The treatments on both occasion felt rushed and impersonal — more like a conveyor belt than a customized skincare experience. The esthetician barely explained what she was doing, and machine broke down multiple times.

When I reached out to the clinic, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. For the price, I expected professionalism, results, and at the very least, some post-treatment support.

On my second return, I was being pushed into purchasing products and told how the hydrafacial was too harsh for my skin.

I won’t be coming back, and wouldn’t recommend a HydraFacial or any treatment as the customer service is very poor. Show less »
