I’ve been seeing Dr Farmah for some time now, and what stands out most is his knowledge, honesty and genuine desire to achieve the best possible result.

Before coming here, I didn’t realise filler could be used in some of the areas we’ve treated or how subtle changes in one area can improve the overall balance of the face. Dr Farmah’s experience means he can assess things I simply wouldn’t have considered myself and offer solutions while being realistic about what can and can’t be achieved.

There has never been a “silver bullet”. Each treatment has built on the previous one, and looking back at where I started, I’ve come such a long way and I’m genuinely so happy with my results.

For me, looking after your appearance is an investment and can be a real gateway to greater confidence. Importantly, Dr Farmah is not pushy — actually, quite the opposite. He has clear guardrails and isn’t afraid to say no or rein things in when necessary. That gives me a lot of confidence in him.

I’ve seen reviews where people say they went in wanting one thing and Dr Farmah suggested that other areas might also benefit from attention. That approach might not suit everybody, but personally, it’s one of the reasons I go to him. If I already knew exactly what needed doing and how to do it, I wouldn’t need his expertise. I want an experienced professional to look at the bigger picture and give me an honest assessment, even when it isn’t necessarily what I expected to hear.

His technique is incredibly precise and intricate — he really is an artist with a needle. Safety and cleanliness are also top-notch, and the reception and clinical staff have always been knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly.

At this point, I honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Over time, Dr Farmah has built up a detailed understanding of my face, my concerns, what we’ve already treated and what I’m trying to achieve. That continuity and trust would be very difficult for another clinic to replicate.

The whole time I felt at ease. Never rushed or under pressure. I am so happy with my results. I look natural and refreshed. The results will last between 12 and 18months. I will definitely be returning for more treatments. Show less »

I’ve sat on this review for a while and I feel it’s now appropriate to share my experience as it still bothers me. Dr Farmah is clearly knowledgeable but his bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired and what’s interesting is that I think he’s pleased as punch with himself due to a complete lack of self awareness or most likely, underlying low confidence levels. I attended his clinic a few times for Botox and a few areas of filler and I had no issues but I did find his approach a little intense, he has a habit of making you worry about areas of your face that you were not even slightly worried about to begin with and not in a constructive way. I mentioned in passing that I was a client of Dr Ayad Harb who is amazing and I can’t describe it any other way other than he clearly wants to be like him but isn’t quite getting there - he knew who he was etc.

I would have been happy to leave things there and not leave a review. Sometimes people just give you the ick and you keep on moving but I went in to have some nose filler dissolved which I’d got done elsewhere while working in London and I was clearly experiencing a level of distress. I explained that I was having unusual nerve pains and sensations in my face and at that time it was hypothesised that I might have trigeminal neuralgia which is an awful condition (take a look) but my consultant had asked I get the filler dissolved just in case as the timing aligned. I paid about £300 to get it dissolved and it’s quite painful but instead of reading the room, he preceded to lecture me while dissolving the filler about why I shouldn’t have had my nose done as it’s my lower face that’s the problem and aging me! Hardly the time or place to raise this with a patient who was clearly not very well and in some level of distress. As it happens it was unrelated to the filler and I was later diagnosed with a formal neurological condition which was causing the nerve pain which thankfully has improved with treatment. I’m an educated professional and I can honestly say that this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had anywhere, even his assistant looked flabbergasted, and I simply can’t walk past it. My advice to Dr Farmah would be to visit the likes of Dr Harb who make patients feel seen and valued, and take some notes. My advice to you as a customer, undoubtedly there are worse places you can go (don’t go to a local beautician for these type of treatments) but if you’re after humility and support without ego, try elsewhere. I began with radiofrequency treatments, which I could not recommend highly enough. They are the perfect way to care for your skin and counter all the daily expressions and tension our faces endure.
More recently, I decided to have Botox - not to look younger (that too), but to gently lift my eyes and soften my frown. The results have been subtle, natural, and confidence-boosting.
I have very clear preferences when it comes to maintaining a natural look, and Dr Farmah truly listens. He takes the time to understand your goals, asks thoughtful questions, and ensures that every treatment is tailored to you. His approach is never about quantity, but about genuine client satisfaction and artistry.
The improvement in both my appearance and self-confidence is remarkable. I feel like the best version of myself.

For anyone feeling hesitant, I encourage you to take that first step - you will not be disappointed. The professionalism, warmth, and care shown by Dr Farmah and his team are exceptional.
