I was surprised by how not painful the procedure turned out to be — it was much less uncomfortable than I expected. I really liked the specialist Safiya who did my laser hair removal. Even though it was my first session, she was very kind and reassuring, which helped me relax and feel completely at ease. Overall, it was a great experience. Show less »

Avoid this place. My experience has been extremely disappointing. The number of sessions I “need” changes every time depending on who I speak to. They took on clients from another laser clinic that went bust, yet they refuse to acknowledge the sessions I already completed there only the ones done with Thérapie count, apparently. Avoid this place. My experience has been extremely disappointing. The number of sessions I “need” changes every time depending on who I speak to. They took on clients from another laser clinic that went bust, yet they refuse to acknowledge the sessions I already completed there only the ones done with Thérapie count, apparently.

I had a review with Rochelle at the start of November. She told me she would call within two weeks with an update. No one ever called. I had to follow up myself, and she then told me the review had been completed and that I had a “good amount” of hair reduction. When I asked when she received the review results, she admitted it was two weeks earlier but said she was “too busy” to call me.

Overall, it feels like they talk a good game just to keep you buying more and more sessions, without meaningful results. Avoid, avoid, avoid Show less »

I highly recommend Therapie Clinic in Merry Hill following my positive experience with Naomi for my laser hair removal consultation. She was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the procedure and went above and beyond in helping me to manage my appointments safely off the back of my recent surgery, liaising with the in house doctor for safe treatment to go ahead and prebooking my treatments in advance. Treatment was professional and good, only down side was when I came to pay I felt very pressured to buy other treatments and offers, I declined and asked to simply pay for what I had today to then be told of 2 different offers that came to over£1000 (my treatment was £235) I was told if I book again today I can save so much money! again I declined and said... Treatment was professional and good, only down side was when I came to pay I felt very pressured to buy other treatments and offers, I declined and asked to simply pay for what I had today to then be told of 2 different offers that came to over£1000 (my treatment was £235) I was told if I book again today I can save so much money! again I declined and said I’d look online but was then told online isn’t accurate and the offers are only in store today and there are payment plan options! I declined again feeling embarrassed and upset at the consistent sales pitch by 2 members of staff together!
I had previously booked all my appointments in advance but after this experience I have cancelled them all.
