From the moment I walked in, Jas made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Dealing with facial hair can be sensitive, but her professional and kind approach took away all my nerves. She was thorough, explained every step of the process, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment.
The results have already been fantastic, and the clinic itself is spotless and welcoming. If you’re thinking about starting laser, definitely ask for Jas—she is a total pro and clearly knows her stuff! Show less »

Rochelle did my first consultation and was incredibly helpful. She discussed the process, what to expect, the timeline of treatment and the required before and aftercare, all of the above was discussed clearly, sensitively and concisely and demonstrated her breadth of knowledge. She has made the process simple and accessible, and is passionate about what she does and about your wellbeing as a client. Some of the treatments are of a highly sensitive nature. Lindsay creates an environment that feels safe, professional, and totally approachable.

It is clear to see her knowledge, skill, and expertise. I wouldn’t want to be treated by another therapist. She is the person to choose if you are worried about taking the first step.

Naheed was amazing. She provided excellent attention and outstanding service, clearly explaining the clinic’s services and the skin treatment I will receive. Have been having laser hair removal here at the merry hill branch. Ive almost completed my treatment but safe to say no reduction in hair whatsoever. Laser is always rushed. Should take 30 mins at least on the face and neck but they are done in 10 mins. They miss loads of sections so irregular results. For my fourth session I questioned the strength of the laser and was told we are going to put it down (despite me having a higher setting for my third session). I told them I dont experience sensitivity so would like a higher setting. They said no as they need to do a patch test ( they've never done one before! So why now?!?!?). So my results are poor and next time Ill go elsewhere. Show less »

I was surprised by how not painful the procedure turned out to be — it was much less uncomfortable than I expected. I really liked the specialist Safiya who did my laser hair removal. Avoid this place. My experience has been extremely disappointing. The number of sessions I “need” changes every time depending on who I speak to. They took on clients from another laser clinic that went bust, yet they refuse to acknowledge the sessions I already completed there only the ones done with Thérapie count, apparently.

I had a review with Rochelle at the start of November. She told me she would call within two weeks with an update. No one ever called. I had to follow up myself, and she then told me the review had been completed and that I had a “good amount” of hair reduction. When I asked when she received the review results, she admitted it was two weeks earlier but said she was “too busy” to call me.

Overall, it feels like they talk a good game just to keep you buying more and more sessions, without meaningful results. Avoid, avoid, avoid Show less »

Had a full arm and legs laser session with Bethany. She is a very good therapist explaining what she was going to do ,checking on you throughout the whole session. She made me feel very comfortable! Would definitely recommend her

I had two sessions of micro needling with Lindsay Jones, she is so professional. I really appreciate her welcoming nature. I always been in fear of needles but she was extremely helpful and professional. She comforted me throughout the procedure and guided me in detail about post and pre care. I would highly recommend her.

Had laser here. Great results. I have thick dark hair and very pale skin and the results are fantastic! Would highly recommend laser!!! Had the same technician (rochelle) each time. She lovely, makes me feel very comfortable and floors a really great job making sure she gets all areas. Really happy

Treatment was professional and good, only down side was when I came to pay I felt very pressured to buy other treatments and offers, I declined and asked to simply pay for what I had today to then be told of 2 different offers that came to over£1000 (my treatment was £235) I was told if I book again today I can save so much money! again I declined and said I’d look online but was then told online isn’t accurate and the offers are only in store today and there are payment plan options! I declined again feeling embarrassed and upset at the consistent sales pitch by 2 members of staff together!
I had previously booked all my appointments in advance but after this experience I have cancelled them all.

I've been having full body laser with Rochelle. Seven sessions in and great results. I had my first session with another therapist but switched to Rochelle and so glad that I did. Rochelle is fantastic, very thorough and knowledgeable. She is calm and makes you feel comfortable throughout the treatment. An asset to the company. Thank you so much.
