This is a second visit to Jenna , not for the same treatment area but similar . Jenna is fantastic but firstly and most importantly is a true health professional - everything is carried out with aseptic technique , the place is spotless and you know you are in good hands! I've had 3 area's completed now, this time I've had Botox to my brow area. Jenna is a complete perfectionist and it has to be completely right, she doesn't rush things. It's so good to find someone who listens to what you would like to achieve and advises you the best route to go down to get there. I'm still waiting for the Botox to settle but im extremely... It's so good to find someone who listens to what you would like to achieve and advises you the best route to go down to get there. I'm still waiting for the Botox to settle but im extremely pleased with the first two areas that have been done and have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks to check that the Botox has done what we'd hoped for. 5 Stars to Jenna for customer service and professionalism.👏 Show less »

I have visited Jenna for dermaplaning a few times now and the treatment is lovely and I have noticed great results after the treatment. I have also visited Jenna for bloods tests and she is very gentle and I would always trust Jenna to take my blood as she has years of experience. I have seen Jenna a few times for various treatments now. She is so lovely and very knowledgeable. Last night I had RF Micro-needling for the first time. I couldn’t recommend Fallon Aesthetics highly enough, such a professional practitioner everything is fully explained, it’s never a rushed experience.
The treatment area is maintained to NHS standards & every hygiene detail is adhered to st all times.

Jenna is a perfectionist at her work, a true professional and incredibly knowledgeable about all her treatments. I initially visited Jenna for private blood testing and have now branched into some aesthetics. I did my research into local Aesthetics and it paid off. I had a lovely experience. I had a few questions and was quite unsure about what I actually wanted, and I felt very looked after and not annoying at all for asking. I am very, very happy with the results. Any swelling went down almost immediately, and you can tell her experience in nursing has paid off as the needle placement was pretty painless, in a way that you could imagine. I love my lips and face looks refreshed and awake. Very natural too, which is what I wanted.
