Many people avoid leaving honest reviews, which can make businesses appear better than they are. I have been a client of Rupesh at London Lip Clinic for several years, initially for lip filler and later for cheek filler. I appreciated that he avoided overfilling, although at times he was overly cautious, for example refusing to use the final 0.1 ml from a 1 ml syringe because it might look unnatural, despite my having had 1 ml treatments with other practitioners for 20 years, and using the remainder elsewhere. My lips were consistently bruised after treatment, but settled nicely after a couple of weeks. The last time I had cheek filler, my cheeks appeared hollow after a short period. When I raised this, he said the filler had broken down that way, and I did not insist on a top up as the situation quickly turned embarrassing. More recently, I had Botox between my eyebrows. It was the quickest treatment I have ever had, just one very superficial injection point compared to multiple deeper injection points other practitioners typically use. He handed me the card machine and I tapped £200. I have had Botox for many years and the result between my eyebrows is always reached to its fullest withing 3 days. The Botox Rupesh very superficially administered had no effect, not after several weeks either, and when I texted to say so, I was surprised to receive an instant refund. I think he knew it was bad treatment. Recently, I contacted Rupesh to ask about a treatment package he had previously offered and was unexpectedly told by text not to return. Despite accepting hollow cheeks and ineffective Botox without complaint, having always approached him with warmth, trust, and respect, and continued to believe in and hope for his professionalism, I was dismissed. I sent a second friendly message attempting to resolve matters, even though I had never received an apology, but again I was treated as though I were the problem. The lack of empathy and the cold, clinical tone of the responses was concerning. Given that the ethical standards so strongly emphasised on the clinic’s website have not been reflected in my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. Four people I previously referred to Rupesh have also chosen not to return. Ethical practice should be tangible and consistent, not merely impressive wording. Show less »

Dr. Rupesh is amazing, caring, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I cannot stress enough about how authentic, efficient, kind and ethical the doctor is. I had lip filler done about a week ago and I’m absolutely in love with my results! The process was so painless as Dr Rupesh numbed my whole mouth. I got a little less than 1ml of filler and my lips still look natural and suit my face. My before and after pics show that it was the perfect subtle enhancement. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rupesh at the London Lip Clinic. I had been struggling with excessive underarm sweating for a long time—it was really uncomfortable and started affecting my confidence. I tried different roll-ons recommended by my GP, but nothing worked.

A friend of mine mentioned that her sister had the same issue and got treated by Dr. Rupesh with Botox for hyperhidrosis, and it worked really well for her. That gave me the push I needed to book a consultation.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure if the treatment would work for me, and I was also a bit scared about the pain and the whole process. But Dr. Rupesh was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail and really helped put my mind at ease.

He mentioned that results can start showing anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks, depending on the person. For me, I noticed a difference the very next day! It’s now been 3 weeks since my treatment, and I haven’t experienced any sweating at all—I’m honestly so happy with the results.
