I can't recommend Susie enough. I had my initial consultation beforehand and it was like sitting down with a friend I'd known for years. She has that warmth that makes you feel calm and reassured. I've had injectables at another practice previously but my experience with Susie far surpassed this. We met for a full consultation before I booked in, where we talked through the possible outcomes and everything I needed to be aware of, and the treatment itself felt very professional. Susie was great at creating a welcoming space and made me feel really comfortable about asking questions etc which was reassuring.
