I've had injectables at another practice previously but my experience with Susie far surpassed this. We met for a full consultation before I booked in, where we talked through the possible outcomes and everything I needed to be aware of, and the treatment itself felt very professional. Susie was great at creating a welcoming space and made me feel really comfortable about asking questions etc which was reassuring. The treatment was a lot less painful than the one I had previously and I'm so pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend! Show less »

I can’t recommend Dr Susie enough! I’ve had several treatments with her now and have been so impressed by her professionalism, her attention to detail and by her warm, friendly approach. I can't recommend Susie enough. I had my initial consultation beforehand and it was like sitting down with a friend I'd known for years. She has that warmth that makes you feel calm and reassured. She was able to advise me on how the procedure in relation to my existing medical condition and there was no pressure to book. Needless to say I did and the result... Show more »

Dr Susie was amazing; she explained the procedure and aftercare thoroughly. If anyone is worried about under-eye treatments, don’t be. They’re not bad at all. I’ll definitely be returning for top... I have had deep frown lines from a toddler and was always know as the “ angry girl” it has always made me feel sad that I am seen as that as my personality is the opposite. Susie was amazing, Knowledgeable, very understanding and calming. She knew exactly how to keep my huge expression but stop and help reduce my frown lines that have now become an Anxious trigger point.

I’d always said I would never have any work done then I got to 57 and thought I don’t like the way I look so went and had a free consultation with Susie, who explained everything in depth.
She is so professional and approachable. I had done a lot of research in to aestheticians locally and given that Susie is a practising GP this gave me a lot of confidence as, ethically I knew I could trust her and I wasn’t wrong.
Any queries I had after the consultation she was very happy to answer before I had my first procedure.
Prior to a procedure she talked through exactly what she would be doing and what to expect.
I originally wanted three places for Botox, but she refused to do them because it wouldn’t work with my physiology so instead of being able to make extra money from me, she said no so that I came away looking my best.
I have also since gone for excessive sweating in my armpits and it has cured me almost immediately. Having suffered with it all my life this is a life changer.

I’m so happy with her that today I also had skin boosters and I’ll let you know how that goes when I see the results in a few weeks but so far I cannot fault anything that Susie has done.
I cannot recommend her enough.
Before and after Botox. Yes I hate my before but wanted To show how much difference Susie has made to my life to make me feel sooo much better about myself.
