Rafaella made sure I was comfortable and that the treatment was as painless as possible from start to finish. I had missed shaving a few small areas, and she kindly took the time to shave them for me to ensure the laser could reach the skin properly and provide the best possible results. Her attention to detail and dedication to delivering excellent care really stood out.

From the moment I arrive for my appointments, they are always welcoming and friendly which always makes me feel at ease. One thing I particularly appreciate is how much time they take to communicate with me during each session. They regularly check in to see how I am finding the treatments and whether I have noticed improvements in the areas that have been lasered.
What stands out most is their attention to detail and willingness to adapt the treatment based on my feedback. If I mention that I have noticed less reduction in certain areas, they take this into consideration and make adjustments where appropriate. This personalised approach makes me feel like they genuinely care about achieving the best possible results for me rather than simply carrying out the treatment which is something i knew i wanted when i started my laser hair removal journey. I really value this level of thoroughness, as it makes me feel safe, listened to, and reassured throughout the process. I’ve had a couple of treatments now with a few different people. My experience with Aaliyah was so good that I felt I had to leave a review, which I rarely do. She was very friendly and made the process really comfortable, whilst still being really informative. I would definitely rebook with Aaliyah again.

Carmen was incredibly friendly and professional, and instantly made me feel comfortable by taking the time to talk through any questions or concerns I had before we began. Her reassuring and knowledgeable approach completely put my mind at ease and made what could have been a nerve-wracking first appointment feel relaxed and positive.

The whole journey has been so smooth and straightforward from the initial consultation, to using the booking system, and attending my very first session. Everything was clearly explained, easy to navigate, and designed to make the experience as simple and stress-free as possible.

My therapist, Erica, was lovely, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable from the start. She explained everything clearly, helped me understand the treatment and aftercare, and always checked that I was comfortable throughout. It was a great start, and I really appreciated how caring and reassuring she was.

Erica was great! It was my first laser treatment and I was nervous but Erica couldn't have been nicer to me. She explained everything carefully to me and the treatment didn't hurt at all. Erica was very professional throughout and I will be going back again for my next session in 5 weeks

I have a significant amount of excess hair on my chin and neck, which is something I have always been self conscious of. From my first free assessment, I was made to feel at ease, and Erica has been lovely at each of my appointments. I have only had two sessions so far and can already see the difference. I would definitely recommend Thérapie Clinic Bristol!

The other appointment was the laser hair removal, which I would give a 1 star because the person who did it (I’ve deliberately taken her name off this public review. It was my first time of doing it with her) She was just cold and unfriendly. It was the most impersonal experience I've had since coming to the clinic - almost robotic. Bottom line Yasemin has boosted the score! She gets 7/5 and I'd be returning for more treatments because of her.

The Dr was very friendly and informative. As I had never had a treatment before she explained everything, listened to what I wanted and put me at ease. I was delighted to know I could have the treatment that day. It was all very efficient. I wanted a subtle enhancement and I feel the doctor really listened to me and I am delighted with the results.

I’ve had Botox injections with Dani for a year now. I only wanted the two lines between my eyebrows to fade and she’s achieved it! I appreciate that she’s never pushed me to inject more than she knows I want, as the natural face movement is important to me. Also I’ve never felt rushed. I’ve been having my laser treatment in Bristol and I’m happy with the results I’ve seen so far. I’ve generally had a pleasant experience with the clinic and the staff that I’ve met there. I love my appointment with Carmen who was ready helpful and had really put in effort on each session. I would recommend her to my wife who also comes to attend her session and she has found that some staff just do it anyhow. They do not do it properly and make money paid worth it.
