I’ve been having my laser treatment in Bristol and I’m happy with the results I’ve seen so far. I’ve generally had a pleasant experience with the clinic and the staff that I’ve met there. I’ve been having my laser treatment in Bristol and I’m happy with the results I’ve seen so far. I’ve generally had a pleasant experience with the clinic and the staff that I’ve met there. There have been a couple of times where my appointment was rescheduled last minute due to staff sickness, not that it can be helped, however it seems like the staff are always highly busy as there isn’t enough staff to cover the bookings. With this in mind, Maja has been an absolute gem each time I’ve seen her - she’s friendly, professional and has made it a comfortable experience each session. Show less »

I had my laser done by Courtney, from the Cardiff branch, who was covering in the Bristol Clinic today. She was amazing! She was highly professional and her customer service skills were excellent. Rabya is the lovely lady that always does my laser. She is so unbelievably lovely and is super easy to talk to. She makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Any questions or queries, she is always willing to explain and give me as much information as possible. Throughout my treatment she has always made effort to initiate conversation with me, asking how I am and what I have been up to.
