Erica was great! It was my first laser treatment and I was nervous but Erica couldn't have been nicer to me. She explained everything carefully to me and the treatment didn't hurt at all. Erica was very professional throughout and I will be going back again for my next session in 5 weeks

Great Laser experience today with Carmen at Thérapie Clinic, Bristol. She was very thorough and checked on me throughout the session to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Everyone here is always very warm and welcoming which makes it easy to keep coming back 😊

I had my first laser hair removal appointment yesterday and it exceeded my expectations. Rabya was absolutely amazing, so friendly, welcoming, and professional. She talked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I felt completely at ease and I’m really happy with the experience so far. Highly recommend this clinic.

I had a laser hair removal consultation and Anna was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional, kind, and extremely thorough. She provided clear and comprehensive information, answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable and confident. I am really looking forward to my first session!

I have a significant amount of excess hair on my chin and neck, which is something I have always been self conscious of. From my first free assessment, I was made to feel at ease, and Erica has been lovely at each of my appointments. I have only had two sessions so far and can already see the difference. I would definitely recommend Thérapie Clinic Bristol!

The other appointment was the laser hair removal, which I would give a 1 star because the person who did it (I’ve deliberately taken her name off this public review. It was my first time of doing it with her) She was just cold and unfriendly. It was the most impersonal experience I've had since coming to the clinic - almost robotic. Bottom line Yasemin has boosted the score! She gets 7/5 and I'd be returning for more treatments because of her.

I had an amazing treatment with Erica. She was fantastic—very detailed, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. I truly felt that she took her time to understand my needs and help me with my skin reduction treatment. Exceptional service and outstanding care. Highly recommended!

I’ve had my laser hair removal sessions at therapie clinic. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The treatments conducted were professional and staff make you feel comfortable. Special mention to Rabya, she’s very knowledgeable and great at her job! Highly recommend.

Emma Fenn was really caring and gentle. I could tell she was determined to what she was doing to me as her customer. She was polite and seemed to get how I might be feeling while being looked after.

The Dr was very friendly and informative. As I had never had a treatment before she explained everything, listened to what I wanted and put me at ease. I was delighted to know I could have the treatment that day. It was all very efficient. I wanted a subtle enhancement and I feel the doctor really listened to me and I am delighted with the results.

I’ve had Botox injections with Dani for a year now. I only wanted the two lines between my eyebrows to fade and she’s achieved it! I appreciate that she’s never pushed me to inject more than she knows I want, as the natural face movement is important to me. Also I’ve never felt rushed. And she knows I hate needles so she’s calm and gentle. Dani is a treasur... Show more »

I’ve been having my laser treatment in Bristol and I’m happy with the results I’ve seen so far. I’ve generally had a pleasant experience with the clinic and the staff that I’ve met there. I love my appointment with Carmen who was ready helpful and had really put in effort on each session. I would recommend her to my wife who also comes to attend her session and she has found that some staff just do it anyhow. They do not do it properly and make money paid worth it. Martha was great she is from Bath Branch but she was lovely and friendly. I hope to have other sessions with her as well. Erica and Martha are the best therapists
