What I love most is that Emma takes a gradual, thoughtful approach rather than going all in at once. I was really nervous beforehand, especially as it was something I’d been thinking about for a while, but she was so patient and understanding the whole time. She never rushed me at all and completely went at my pace, making sure I felt comfortable and reassured throughout the appointment. She explained everything properly and checked in with me the whole way through which made such a difference.

The results are exactly what I wanted — natural but noticeable — and I’ve had so many compliments already. She’s so professional, friendly and genuinely talented at what she does. You can tell she really cares about her clients and wants them to leave feeling confident and happy.
