Cheryl was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived and instantly put me at ease. The injection was administered perfectly, and the whole experience was far more comfortable than I'd expected.
Since then, I've gone back for other treatments and they've all been just as amazing. Cheryl is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. I cannot express into words how fantastic Cheryl is!

I have been suffering for as long as I can remember with “a sweaty forehead” which can be extremely embarrassing for me.
Cheryl took time to truly listen to my concerns and recommended Botox around my hairline to treat this issue.
The service was carried out with such care and precision. I was quite nervous (I’m not great with needles) but this was virtually painless and over within minutes. Cheryl has such a calming presence that she completely puts you at ease, you genuinely forget what’s even happening.

The clinic is absolutely beautiful, walls lined with all of Cheryl’s many qualifications. You can tell that cleanliness is a top priority, everything is gleaming and in its place. Calming music is playing, while the room is filled with a beautiful but subtle aroma therapy scent, which makes the experience relaxing and luxurious.

Cheryl is not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but also so warm and friendly that you feel like you’ve known her for years.

I was also given a set for aftercare which included SPF, SkinBalm & a gentle cleanser all of which are so important after a chemical peel. After using a number of other practitioners for Kenalog treatments I have used Cheryl on this occasion. As someone who understands the side effects of the treatment I am more interested in the service and professionalism that I receive. Cheryl is an advanced medical nurse who works professionally and is absolutely lovely and was a pleasure to deal with. She asked me to complete a medical form which also outlined everything including side effects. In some years I require two x injections to make the Kenalog effective as I have extreme allergies, however I have only required one so far and this appears to be working well. I will definitely be using Cheryl from now on for this and would highly recommend her to anyone who requires this product. Her experience, knowledge, product and price are fantastic. I would advise anyone who has not had this done before to understand the side effects and contraindications of steroids full stop as this is not a magic drug, but works wonders for allergy sufferers like me.
