I’ve been having my laser done with Chan and I can honestly say I have never met anyone more welcoming and lovely at a clinic before. She is very attentive to all my needs, explains everything so throughly and takes her time to make sure I feel comfortable during treatment. Turned up for my 9am appointment doors all locked no lights on. Called phone number which is head office and they said they cannot get through. Told me to wait. Waited for 15 mins in rain. Still nothing. No call out of courtesy. Waste of my time. Avoid! Now awaiting my deposit refund

Mums with school age children steer clear of this clinic!! I made an appointment for a consultation at skn in March. The day before my appointment my 6 year old son was sick in the playground at school so had to come home and could not return to school for 48 hours. Mums with school age children steer clear of this clinic!! I made an appointment for a consultation at skn in March. The day before my appointment my 6 year old son was sick in the playground at school so had to come home and could not return to school for 48 hours. I tried to change (not cancel!) my appointment but was told I’d lose my £25 deposit. The strict No children policy meant I had no option but to hand over £25 to skn for the privilege of absolutely nothing in return. I made an official email complaint about this exclusive and hostile treatment of women who don’t have additional help with childcare. I got an email on 11th March saying I’d hear back within 20 working days. I heard nothing. I sent another email on 12th April to follow up, but didn’t even get a response. Such disappointing, dismissive and disrespectful customer care. Show less »

My journey so far has been a rocky one for the Medi Weight plan. There is a lack of communication between the coordinator and clinic where information although passed through the clinic never seem to have. My journey so far has been a rocky one for the Medi Weight plan. There is a lack of communication between the coordinator and clinic where information although passed through the clinic never seem to have. If I did not have a thorough understanding of the plan through Jane I would have walked away with missing items, food and supplements, some of which have been missing and one supplement is still outstanding. I would have also paid for treatments and items twice had I not challenged them.

The treatments I had with Louise were excellent and thorough.

For anyone starting this plan there needs to be better communication and management from the clinic side. Show less »

Couldn't recommend the Sk:n clinic in Brentwood highly enough. The staff are always cheerful and friendly, the clinic is spotlessly clean and the treatments I have had with Louise are brilliant and work very well. She always takes the time to explain the treatments fully, the expected results and makes sure I am up to speed with the aftercare required. I alw... Show more »
Couldn't recommend the Sk:n clinic in Brentwood highly enough. Had an initial consultation where everything was explained to me and I felt they gave me plenty of time to ask questions and was not rushed at all. All the staff are lovely and very professional. I was recommended some products but certainly never felt any pressure to buy these. The lady that did my first treatment also went over things again and gave me far longer than my allocated appointment time. I felt the prices are fair for what I am getting. The premises are also very nice. I've only just started the treatment so too early to see what results are, but very pleased so far! Show less »
