I had an exceptional consultation yesterday with Mr Vishnu Nathan at Taktouk Clinic and cannot recommend him highly enough.
From the moment I met him, I was impressed by how thorough and detailed his assessment was. He took a comprehensive medical history, performed an incredibly thorough examination, and, most importantly, was honest and confident in telling me that I did not need any unnecessary procedures. In an industry where overtreatment can sometimes be a concern, I found his integrity and professionalism incredibly refreshing.

What particularly stood out was his willingness to seek a second opinion from Dr Taktouk. It was an honour to meet Dr Taktouk himself, and I greatly appreciated that both specialists independently came to the same conclusion that very little treatment was needed. That level of collaboration and patient-centred care gave me enormous confidence in their recommendations.

The only treatment advised was chin Botox, which I decided to proceed with. Mr Nathan’s injection technique was phenomenal, completely painless and easily the most comfortable injectable treatment I have ever had.

As a maxillofacial surgeon, Mr Nathan brings an exceptional level of clinical expertise. His knowledge of facial and neck anatomy is second to none, and that depth of understanding is exactly what you want when seeking these kinds of treatments. His surgical background gives a level of precision, safety, and confidence that is difficult to match and a massive advantage and reason to visit this clinic.

Most importantly, he never rushed the consultation. He took his time, answered every question thoroughly, and made me feel genuinely listened to. It was without question one of the most in-depth and detailed consultations I have ever experienced.

This is a clinic I will definitely be returning to, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr Nathan. If you want someone who understands facial anatomy and a highly skilled pair of surgical hands book in with him. Show less »

After careful consideration, I chose to go with Dr Hall.

She is an absolutely amazing injector.

Getting it perfect the first time you see a patient is rare. Every face is different and reacts in different ways.

Results were genuinely wonderful and perfect. Effective but not overdone and crucially, she left my forehead alone and did not push any unnecessary injections.

Great technical ability and ethos.

I have been seeing Dr Christine Hall for Botox and dermal fillers for about two years now and I would never go to anyone else. She’s a magician and a perfectionist. She is also really frank and honest with you about what treatments you are and are not a candidate for, and she will never let you get carried away. It’s obvious that her priority is making you look like the best version of yourself long term and fostering a relationship where you trust her advice - quality of work and longevity over upselling or short term profit. I trust her completely as someone who previously never thought they’d try injectables! She’s also super generous with her time and skills. I’ve been seeing Dr. Firas at The Taktouk Clinic for laser treatment to reduce pigmentation and scarring under my eye and the results have been genuinely incredible. The pigmentation had really been bothering me, and I was nervous about treating such a delicate area, but from the very first appointment, Dr. Firas put me completely at ease.

He’s calm, honest, and extremely precise. He explained every step clearly and made sure the treatment was tailored exactly to my skin. I’ve already seen a noticeable improvement, the area looks brighter, more even, and far less noticeable. Nearly at the end of my treatment and I think my skin is looking better than before and my insecurity will finally be gone.

Dr. Firas has a rare combination of medical expertise and aesthetic sensitivity. He doesn’t push unnecessary treatments and truly cares about getting the best outcome for you. I had a consultation and lip filler with Dr. Christine Hall at Taktouk Clinic. While the clinic itself is professional and the team very welcoming, I was unfortunately disappointed with my experience.

I received only a very small amount of filler, but within a few days I noticed early signs of migration and lumpiness - something I’m familiar with from past treatments (I’ve had both very good and also bad lip filler experiences).

I returned to the clinic on day 8 as I was very self conscious and upset, and although they didn’t necessarily agree it was migration, they did kindly offer to dissolve the filler. I appreciated that gesture, but I was left feeling frustrated that my concerns weren’t fully acknowledged. I know my face better than anyone else and was very aware that the result was not normal or good.

The result was clearly not successful, which you can see in the two images attached (picture one with the filler migration and picture two with my natural lips - both taken in the same place / same lighting).

I was extremely disappointed to only be offered a 50% refund. It left me feeling very let down, especially considering the cost and the trust placed in the client. I believe given the situation I should have received a full refund or at least a full refund minus the consultation fee (which is what I asked for).

The clinic is very highly regarded and the doctors are very well qualified and genuinely lovely people, but I was unfortunately left feeling extremely disappointed given I had to fork out a huge amount of money, to gain nothing in return. Show less »
