Dr. Jacob Benjamin was extremely professional, patient, and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped calm my worries. Simran has such a kind and caring personality, it really feels like I’m catching up with a friend rather than just having a treatment. She’s always welcoming, full of positive energy, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. On top of that, she’s incredibly skilled and professional, I completely trust her expertise.

I usually have good experiences at Therapie Clinic Bluewater, but today I was quite disappointed. I arrived 10 minutes late for my laser appointment due to heavy traffic and a road closure, and unfortunately, they refused to see me. I had two short sessions booked — one at 3:30 pm and another at 3:40 pm — and arrived at 3:50 pm.

When I got there, several staff members were at the reception not attending to anyone, yet I was told they couldn’t fit me in because they had other clients scheduled. I completely understand that being on time is important, but it feels unfair because, in previous sessions, I’ve had to wait 10–15 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen.

I also tried to call the clinic several times to let them know I was delayed, but no one answered. I really expected a bit more understanding and flexibility, especially as a returning client.

I hope the management takes this feedback into consideration to improve communication and customer service in the future. Show less »

The application was not painful, although I thought that it might be, and I will be returning in 2 weeks for a follow-up. After the 3rd round of treatment I have been left with a severe rash. My legs are visibly burnt and damaged, not to mention the distressing appearance of my legs, I've had persistent painful itching and the level of discomfort has at times been unbearable.
When I reached out to the Bluewater team and shared images of the rash, I was told over the phone that this reaction “can happen” and was “normal.” I was further given the excuse that the burns may have been caused by the warm weather that day. However, I had spent the day in and out of an air conditioned car and shopping centre, so there is no credible way this could be caused by the heat. Furthermore, I have never experienced such a reaction from previous laser treatments.

Given that this was my 3rd session at Therapie Clinic and I have had laser treatments in the past, I am aware of how it feels. During this session I noticed that the laser was much stronger and a lot more painful than usual. I raised this concern several times stating that this does not feel normal, but this was dismissed.

When I persisted and followed up again by email, I was eventually sent some aftercare suggestions, which I have followed. However, more than a week later, my legs remain covered in spots.

I have expressed that I am deeply anxious about the safety of continuing treatment and I do not feel confident in the clinic’s ability to carry out these procedures safely, nor do I feel reassured by the dismissive responses I have received. Therefore I would like a full refund for the remaining sessions I will not be attending given the circumstances and the lack of accountability shown - they have refused. Show less »

The room lacks any ambience, no music, I was literally sat on a bed in silence for 1 hour listening to the shoppers /receptionist outside. For the money it isn’t a nice relaxing facial. It’s literally a room inside a shopping centre and it feels it.
The facial itself was nice but just feel for the money I won’t be returning. I had booked a set of 3 hence why I’ve had to return as otherwise I wouldn’t have come back at all.
