Found your clinic online and after doing some research and reading the reviews, I decided to book in.
The initial consultation was carried out and the lady who did it was super friendly and put my mind at ease. I booked an appointment for a treatment then and there.
On the day of my first treatment the clinic was super busy but Charlotte was so lovely, explaining how the procedure would work, what to expect and the after care that would be required.
The treatment was fantastic, did not hurt at all, and was over relatively quickly.
Overall a fantastic first time experience, looking forward to my next treatment. Show less »

I had an excellent first experience with Laura as my laser hair removal technician. From the very first session, she made me feel completely comfortable and well-informed about the process. She took the time to explain how the treatment works, what results to expect, and how to properly care for my skin afterward.

Laura is highly professional and clearly very experienced. She pays great attention to detail and always checks in to make sure you’re comfortable during the process. She maintains a very clean and hygienic workspace, which gave me a lot of confidence.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Therapie to anyone considering laser hair removal. Show less »

Abby was fantastic throughout my laser hair removal session. She made me feel completely comfortable, and was very professional. The treatment was quick and smooth, and she checked in regularly to make sure I was okay. I immediately booked my second session with Abby, and I can confirm that she truly knows her job. This is not my first laser course, so I can definitely tell the difference between a professional practice and a random one. I assure you that Abby is a true professional.

Great experience at the clinic. Jaime was lovely from the very beginning and made me feel very calm and comfortable throughout the treatment. He was extremely kind, reassuring and professional. I would definitely come back and highly recommend him.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Thérapie - the results have been amazing, the clinic itself is pleasant to visit (love the interior design). All the girls who work there are always friendly and helpful. Could only recommend it to everyone! :)

Excellent!! I can’t recommend this place enough, my consultation and treatment so far has been so enjoyable. The clinic is immaculate and the staff are lovely & welcoming, making what might seem daunting at first super comfortable. Charlotte is so knowledgable and experienced, feel like I’m definitely in good hands!

I have had 5 sessions of laser hair removal on my face so far and I’m happy with the results! The staff are so nice, friendly and welcoming. Charlotte V has being doing my laser sessions every month and she does an amazing job! She makes you feel welcomed and relaxed before we start the session and she is friendly too!

So this way they’re just taking your money. I am entitled to a refund due to medical reasons and they still haven’t give me my full money back after 3 months of trying. The manager Jenna puts on a nice facade before taking your money once she has took your money you see a different side of her! I told her my worries and she raised her voice at me numerous times flapping her arms around! Making me feel horrible! She knew i was a vulnerable client.

Do not fall for their fake ness and dont make the same mistake as me stay away from this company, the manager should be ashamed of herself for the tone and raising her voice at clients.

Also dont fall for the high reviews after the first session they persuade you themselves for you to write them review and this is only after the first session. Show less »

I always get my underarms done here every couple months and the service is super quick & efficient and my results last for about 2-3 months now! I’ve had Charlotte as my therapist twice, she’s super friendly & quick. Best prices in Liverpool for laser hair removal, very happy!

Really great and comfortable experience! I’m doing the 10 session laser hair removal package and all the girls are so lovely and welcoming and they make you feel very comfortable every time. Ive had Charlotte on a few occasions and she’s always so nice and chatty, 100% recommend :)

Staffs are kind and friendly. I always have good experience whenever I go for an appointment plus they offer discounts with their services. Overall I am happy with the effectiveness of their treatment and how nice all their staff in the clinic. Would really recommend.

I have previously had laser done before and this was my first time going to Therapie Clincs and I would highly recommend! Charlotte completed my treatment and was very friendly and would settle any nerves before the treatment. Staff were very knowledgable about medications and ensured that everything was carried out safely.

Lisa and Jenna at the front desk are amazing, genuinely two of the most helpful and kind receptionists I’ve ever come across. They go out of their way to advise on the best treatments specifically for you and always make you feel welcome and comfortable. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them.

Charlotte carried out my treatment and she was brilliant, really professional, kind, and made the whole experience worthwhile. The results are brilliant, I couldn’t be happier with them!
