Had my first Laser Hair Removal appointment today and it went really well! I had it with Freya who always ensured I was comfortable the whole way through and made the process a lot easier for me. I was very scared going in but feel a lot better now and not scared for my future appointments. Grace at reception helped book me into more appointments and put up with my choosing between package options for 10 minutes straight. What stood out the most was how accommodating she was—she listened patiently, adjusted things to suit my needs without hesitation, and went out of her way to ensure everything was just right.

On top of that, she was genuinely helpful—explaining things clearly, answering all my questions, and offering thoughtful suggestions that made a real difference.

I had a fantastic experience with Paige for my laser hair removal session on Saturday morning. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The treatment was quick, effective, and much less painful than I expected. Paige explained everything clearly and checked in to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. This was my first ever anti-wrinkle treatment and from the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. I was warmly greeted by the super-friendly receptionist, who even took the time to chat about my skincare routine and offer helpful advice while I waited.

My consultation with Susanne was fantastic, she was thorough, approachable, and made me feel so comfortable. We talked through the treatment in detail, as well as potential lip enhancements. Susanne clearly explained the process, benefits, and what to expect, and was completely transparent about the difference between a lip flip and filler, how often top-ups might be needed, and the payment options available.

The treatment itself was quick, painless, and over in less than ten minutes. Susanne’s gentle approach, combined with her expertise, made the whole experience a pleasure.

I’ll be back in two weeks for my follow-up, and I’ve already booked myself in for 0.5ml of lip filler at the same time - that’s how confident I feel in the team here!

Susanne was so wonderful!!! She was so informative throughout the treatment, which made the experience relaxing and comfortable (and the results are incredible!)
