I am actually not one to write reviews however on this occasion I felt I couldn’t let this opportunity go a miss. I went to Dr Mirali when my dentist thought it might help with my jaw pain. I was willing to give it a go because my jaw ached all the time and it was limiting what I could eat. I found Dr Mirali to be calm and professional - she explained the botox procedure clearly. Although the actual injections were quite painful, it was over very quickly. My jaw felt much more comfortable within a few days and I've now been pain-free for 3 months. Botox injections are quite expensive, and I don't know when I'll need more - but I definitely would spend the money with Dr Mirali again. Very happy with the service and the results! 🤩 Show less »

She took time to gauge my own understanding of treatments and procedures, addressed any misconceptions I had, answered my endless questions about various things related to skincare and was honest and upfront about risks, recovery and detailed expectations for the outcomes I’m seeking. I felt comfortable the whole time, and left feeling more confident to be able to make an informed decision about delving deeper into the field of professional skincare, especially with her extensive experience and knowledge as a medical practitioner.

Her process is very streamlined and I was provided with a detailed skincare plan that aligned with everything we had discussed during the consultation. Whether new to professional skincare or well-versed, Dr Mirali is able to adapt and accommodate to all levels of expertise. I never felt like I’m being talked down to or that I was only receiving half-baked, basic answers to my questions. After years of bruxism and a lot of research, I finally decided to get masseter botox. I was very anxious about it but Dr Mirali really put me at ease throughout the whole time. The procedure itself took no time at all and she took great care in doing it. 2 weeks in and I can already feel the difference and I don’t feel the tension in my jaw that I used to and have stopped grinding my teeth at night (!!) Couldn’t be any happier with Dr Mirali!
I have had masseter botox done with her a couple of times, and since I had a great experience, I felt confident to do my first filler treatment with her.
I had noticed that in the last few years my under-eye area was looking more tired, and wanted to do something about it.
Having been to other injectors in the past for masseter botox (didn’t have very good experiences), I had been told I could do tear trough filler to improve it.
Dr Mirali assessed my face, feeling the bone and muscles around my eye and explained that because of the oedema I have around my eyes, that would not be recommended as it could make it look more prominent and give the impression that my eyes bags are worse.
Instead she suggested we did filler in the mid face to improve the volume loss that has happened over time, which is what made my skin around the eye fall and look tired.
The procedure was explained perfectly with all the risks and possible complications before she started. I felt super safe in her hands the whole time and even when I felt a bit faint she was so kind and empathetic, I felt so comfortable. She checked that I had good blood flow to area right after the treatment and checked on me afterwards to make sure I was doing well. I only had very minor discomfort and swelling but not even noticeable.
The results have been amazing! People that know me don’t even notice what treatment I had done, they just say I look like a had a very good night sleep!
I’m so glad I found such a good professional, she clearly loves what she does and is very knowledgeable.
It’s scary when you have so many people offering procedures that would not have worked for my type of eye.
I look forward to using all of the skincare she has recommended and see the final results in a few months to a year!
Finding a good doctor makes you realise how important it is to be able to trust your injector and feel safe.
