I had a virtual appointment and face to face appointment with Dr Mirali and she was so welcoming and easy to talk to. I found Dr Mirali to be calm and professional - she explained the botox procedure clearly. Although the actual injections were quite painful, it was over very quickly. My jaw felt much more comfortable within a few days and I've now been pain-free for 3 months. Botox injections are quite expensive, and I don't know when I'll need more - but I definitely would spend the money with Dr Mirali again. Very happy with the service and the results! 🤩

Dr Mirali is fabulous - had a great consultation ahead of getting masseter botox. I was really keen to book her because of her GP background, and I felt in safe hands the whole way. She took the time to learn about my medical history and background before we even got to the skin/treatment consultation. She was fantastic in the treatment appointment too, answered my many (and usually silly) questions and has stayed in touch to see how the treatment has settled. Would definitely recommend.

She took time to gauge my own understanding of treatments and procedures, addressed any misconceptions I had, answered my endless questions about various things related to skincare and was honest and upfront about risks, recovery and detailed expectations for the outcomes I’m seeking. I felt comfortable the whole time, and left feeling more confident to be able to make an informed decision about delving deeper into the field of professional skincare, especially with her extensive experience and knowledge as a medical practitioner.
Her process is very streamlined and I was provided with a detailed skincare plan that aligned with everything we had discussed during the consultation. Whether new to professional skincare or well-versed, Dr Mirali is able to adapt and accommodate to all levels of expertise. I never felt like I’m being talked down to or that I was only receiving half-baked, basic answers to my questions. After years of bruxism and a lot of research, I finally decided to get masseter botox. I was very anxious about it but Dr Mirali really put me at ease throughout the whole time. She will start with a consultation and also to explain thoroughly about the procedure and after care. The procedure itself took no time at all and she took great care in doing it. 2 weeks in and I can already feel the difference and I don’t feel the tension in my jaw that I used to and have stopped grinding my teeth at night (!!) Thanks Dr Mirali. I would highly recommend.

A wonderful experience! I visited Dr Mirali after my skin became very reactive to light. We went through what was happening with my skin, the products I was using, possible treatments and other things I can do to minimise reactions. I’ve been using the treatment Dr Mirali recommended for a month or so and have already noticed a big difference in my skin.

Dr Mirali has been very helpful in reducing jaw muscle pain. She's very knowledgeable but also friendly and communicative. Would recommend and would return for any future treatments too.

Went to Dr Mirali for frown lines and had treatment. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions and put me at ease. She reassured me I could contact her any time after treatment if needed. Also, as a woman of colour I feel happier seeing Dr Mirali as I feel she understands issues with ethnic skin better. Highly recommend!
