I never write negative reviews, but I feel I must in this case. I visited this clinic twice for Botox, and both times the results left me with drooping brows and heavy eyelids for over a month.

What concerned me most was not just the outcome, but the clinic’s approach. They admitted to using higher doses so that “people don’t come back complaining that the results don’t last”, rather than tailoring treatment carefully for new clients. When I experienced pain and distress during the procedure, I was judged as “dramatic” and “difficult,” which I found highly unprofessional.

In my view, this clinic is not focused on the customer. Patients deserve careful dosing, respect, and support — not judgment of character. I cannot recommend this clinic. Show less »

So happy with my decision to join the Dr Wrinkle Dr. Such a lovely experience every time i go. Always greeted by a lovely smile from reception and a little chat. Dr Vee is amazing. Kind, calm, friendly and private and so good at what they do, so you feel you have the right space to relax and ask all those questions, they really do tailor for what you need. Absolutely great clinic.
