I’ve been seeing Dr. Tamsin for 5 years now, and I can’t say enough good things about her. I’m so glad I found her! She has an amazing eye for detail, and I completely trust her skills and I know she’ll always keep a natural look, which is exactly what I want.

What really sets her apart though is how calm and gentle she is. For the first time, I’ve had treatments that are actually pain-free. I’m usually really sensitive to pain, but Dr. Tamsin makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the whole process. I always leave looking fresher, and with no discomfort. She truly cares, and it shows in her work.I

It was my first visit. Alice greeted me at the reception and was most helpful, professional and friendly. Dr V was seeing me for my appointment (dot on time). Updating my review as I’m so pleased with my ongoing treatment that I feel compelled to add more. (I rarely review businesses on but when you find a doctor and clinic this good for something as important and sensitive as facial injections, it really means something!)

I’ve continued to see Dr Vee, who is always such a delight. I look forward to going just to catch up aside from anything else now! She is already suggesting ways that I reduce the amount of Botox/areas that I need, based on the improvement she’s seen in my fine lines/muscle strength. When it says on the website that patients are encouraged to reduce treatment over time, that’s not a sales pitch, the doctors truly are committed to giving you the minimum treatment you need. I’ve even asked Vee about other treatments and areas and she is always completely honest and direct if she thinks I don’t need something or wouldn’t see a benefit. This is truly a clinic where the people care about you and want the best for you, ahead of just thinking about how much money they can make. Both the ladies who work on the front desk are also so lovely. I always walk out of the clinic laughing and upbeat - and that’s in spite of having needles stuck into my face! Honestly, I will never go anywhere else for my facial treatments. Love this place and love Vee 🫶

So impressed by Dr Vee. This is my third visit now (1x first time, 1x complimentary top up, 1x visit 3 months later). So friendly and professional and makes everything clearly understandable. What concerned me most was not just the outcome, but the clinic’s approach. They admitted to using higher doses so that “people don’t come back complaining that the results don’t last”, rather than tailoring treatment carefully for new clients. When I experienced pain and distress during the procedure, I was judged as “dramatic” and “difficult,” which I found highly unprofessional.

In my view, this clinic is not focused on the customer. Patients deserve careful dosing, respect, and support — not judgment of character. I cannot recommend this clinic. Show less »
