From my consultation, he made me feel completely at ease so professional, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen carefully, explain everything thoroughly, and made me feel confident I was in very safe hands.

On the day of surgery, the whole experience was calm, smooth and far less daunting than I had imagined. The whole team was exceptional throughout kind, and clearly very experienced. The attention to detail and care was evident every step of the way.

My results have exceeded my expectations and it has been life changing for me. The aftercare and support have also been fantastic, and I felt looked after from beginning to end. I would recommend the hydra facail and IPL. Emma made me feel very relaxed and gave me advice on my skin care which I am looking forward to trying! I also had a consultation with the surgeon called Professor Ertan and he was very informative and put my mind at ease in answering questions on a minor operation as I am abit of a nervous soul when it comes to things like that.

I’ve been a loyal client at Harley Street Clinic in Reigate for the past two years, primarily for IPL Red Light Therapy to treat skin redness and rosacea.

I did some research on the review section and done some reading on the surgeon’s and their experience and what they specialise in. I had my second breast augmentation yesterday as mine were 13 years old and after having a child they weren’t what they once was! I can wholeheartedly say from my very first consultation all the way up until my surgery date and that date included I’ve had nothing but 10/10 care and continuity. Katie has been fantastic with all my email queries and correspondence and Mr Ian Morgan, the surgeon that was selected for me has been lovely, honest and super genuine even to the point of saying to me I didn’t even really need to have surgery - yet it was my preferred choice to go ahead with it :) the procedure itself was efficient, super hygienic and all staff involved to be super lovely and caring even down to the nurses. If I were to ever have any more surgery I would 110% have it done at the clinic again and would highly recommend to my friends too! Show less »

The staff here are helpful and polite. However, i have found the customer service processes sloppy. When a customer has a repeated issue with a treatment A) you should inform the staff member who is doing the corrective appointment that there has been a prior issue. Had i not checked she would have used the same botox dosage as before, resulting in a fourth... Show more »

When a customer has a repeated issue with a treatment A) you should inform the staff member who is doing the corrective appointment that there has been a prior issue. Had i not checked she would have used the same botox dosage as before, resulting in a fourth unsuccessful appointment B) You should inform the staff member doing the new appointment that it is not being charged due to unsuccessful treatments prior. It was embarrassing to explain, particularly as the staff member mentioned she may not get paid for it and “should have been told” C) You should follow up with the customer after the appointment that was meant to fix things, to see how it went. I

As the first 3 appointments had next to no effect i wouldnt call the corrective appointment “complementary”. Infact its just providing the service i paid for.

I still needed a top up but as “Louise” hadn’t checked in, at this point I felt annoyed at the whole process and didn’t want to go back. I then booked a facetite consultation (these are free with this clinic so a complementary consultation is the norm as per their website at time of booking), the surgeon missed his train and the next appointment available wasnt for 2 weeks as i couldnt do the one they offered later that day and had planned my work around the time given. I decided after this i would not use this clinic again. The staff are friendly when you go (although i have never been seen on time, always almost 10 mins late). I just think they need solid procedures in place for when concerns arise. Unfortunately i do feel that i wasted my money. Not checking up on a patient who has had to return 3 times and still the treatment hasnt worked, to me seems completely unacceptable.

I went to see Nurse Jayne at for lip filler and polynucleotide treatment and honestly, she’s a dream. So lovely, so professional, and really takes her time to make sure everything looks super natural exactly what I wanted. It looks like I’ve slept 10years!

My lips look amazing. She made the whole experience feel really easy and chill no pressure, with just good and honest advice.
