It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The clinic was extremely unpleasant and had a very bad smell. I had an appointment to have a mole checked, but there was a strong cooking smell coming from the treatment room. The dermatologist, Ana, also had an unpleasant odor. I have never experienced such a lack of compassion and humanity from a healthcare-related business in my life.

During one of the most devastating times for my family, while my husband’s mother was seriously ill and later passed away, I was treated in a way that caused extreme emotional stress and anxiety. Instead of support or understanding, I felt completely dismissed, cut off, and made to feel worthless after asking for time off during a family crisis.

The way this situation was handled had a serious impact on my mental wellbeing and on my family as a whole. My husband became so distressed by how I was being treated that he directly contacted the clinic himself out of anger and heartbreak.

This review is not about revenge or money. It is about accountability and the complete lack of empathy I personally experienced from someone working in a profession where compassion should matter most.

People can judge for themselves, but I would never recommend this environment to anybody after what my family went through. Show less »

Dr Prasad took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, thoroughly assess my skin, and explain everything in a clear and compassionate way.

​I experienced a classic "bait-and-switch" at this clinic. After booking via Treatwell for £21.15, the clinic pressured me to cancel. When I couldn't (as the booking was non-refundable), they called Treatwell themselves to cancel it, only to charge me full market price in person after my treatment.

​Because £90 was taken in person, Treatwell can now only refund my initial deposit, leaving me out of pocket for the rest. They also failed to provide a receipt until I explicitly demanded one—a major red flag for transparency.

​The environment is equally poor: the clinic is run-down, freezing cold, and has peeling paint. Their business practices are unethical and the facility is substandard. Avoid. Show less »

Dr Ana is the absolute best. I have been seeing for many years now, and I don’t trust anyone else. She has helped me through many issues including Rosacea (after being falsely diagnosed by another Dermatologist). I cannot recommend her and her clinic enough!

Dr Ana has honestly saved my skin!! I have always struggled with very very oily, acne-prone skin which was very congested - Dr Ana managed to clear this congestion within a few weeks using just topical creams! Dr Prasad is a very kind, caring and very experienced Dermatologist. She takes her time to listen and truly wants to help. I have been seeing Dr Ana for a few years and she has transformed my skin! I have skin of colour, was very acne prone and was suffering with contact dermatitis when I first starting seeing her. She has helped me better understand my skin and I now have a glowing complexion and minimal breakouts. Very professional, extremely friendly and loves what she does!

My teenage daughter was suffering from acne which caused her loss of self-confidence and unhappiness. Taking her to see Dr Anamica was definitely the right decision! She is obviously professional but also very kind and friendly. We are both so glad that we sought the care from her and we now know whom to go to if we have any future skin concern.

I found this clinic online and I booked an appointment as it was very close to my home.
The booking process was smooth and simple, the dermatologist was friendly and professional and the premises looked clean and well equipped. However, the 2 star rating is due to the fact that my problem wasn't solved at all which is obviously not ideal, given the cost of the consultation + treatment.

The main reason for the visit for a small pink 'stain' I have on my cheek which has been there for a while. I clearly told the dermatologist that I have asked other doctors about this in the past and that nobody has so far been able to really understand what the issue is.

After the visit I was given a cream and was told to use it every other day for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the cream did not help at all and I believe that the doctor completely missed the point.
I spent £175 for the consultation + £120 for the cream = £295, and I am now back to square one. Show less »
