I had an upper blepharoplasty and Endolift carried out by Dr Tanov, and I honestly couldn’t be happier that I chose him.
From the very beginning, Dr Tanov was so kind, caring and reassuring. During my upper blepharoplasty, he constantly checked in with me, making sure I was comfortable and wasn’t in any pain, while reassuring me that everything was going well. I really appreciated how calm and reassuring he was throughout the procedure, as it made me feel completely at ease.
I went back today to have my stitches removed and once again, he was just as lovely. He genuinely has such a warm and caring manner, and you can tell that making his patients feel comfortable and reassured really matters to him.
I’m so pleased with my experience and would honestly recommend Dr Tanov to anyone considering a procedure. I wouldn’t hesitate to put myself in his hands again, and I’m sure he’ll be carrying out more procedures for me in the future! Show less »

I liked most how much time he spent explaining things to me. He didn't rush anything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the whole thing. That made me feel very sure and confident in him.
The results were even better than I had hoped for. They were very natural, subtle, and just what I wanted. You can truly tell how skilled he is and how much attention he pays to details. It's not only about the therapy; it's also about how he understands your face and subtly improves it.
The aftercare and follow-up also made a tremendous difference. I felt like I had help the whole time, which isn't always the case.
Overall, it was a great experience. I not only feel better about myself, but my confidence has also grown. Dr Tanov is someone you can really trust if you're thinking about any cosmetic surgery. Show less »

I am writing this to warn others about my experience at this clinic. While the initial consultation may seem professional, I found the approach to be negligent in the performance and timing of the procedures.

In my experience, the clinic operated like a conveyor belt, seemingly prioritising the number of patients seen in the shortest possible time over patient safety and clinical standards. Procedures were performed with a timing gap that was inappropriate and, in my view, negligent.

Despite the high costs and the promises made, I have seen little to no improvement or the effects that were guaranteed. I would urge anyone considering a treatment here to be extremely cautious. It has been a deeply upsetting experience that has significantly impacted my well-being, and I feel there is a complete lack of accountability when results are not met or timing protocols are ignored.

The owner’s claim that I do not exist in their system is factually incorrect. I have a signed contract and bank transactions for over £2000 for procedures performed at this clinic in 2025. This dismissive public response, and the attempt to report a genuine patient to Google, perfectly illustrates the lack of accountability and professional integrity I experienced throughout my treatment.

I have simply remained anonymous on the review as significant legal proceedings have begun. Show less »

I had a brow lift, upper blepharoplasty and CO2 laser with Dr Tanov. He is a very skillful surgeon. I was very nervous but he made me feel at ease. He was amazing at aftercare. He kept checking how i was and answered any questions i might have. He was always available and understanding. He gave me clear instructions every step of the way and i am really happy with the results after a couple of months! Scars have already faded a lot and my eyes are rejuvinated in a subtle and natural way. I am definitely recommending him.
Edit: after a few months i did lower blepharoplasty and the results are already great day 2 after op. Dr Tanov never stopped checking, reassuring and advising to get the best results. I am really lucky to have found him. I went into lower bleph actually less stressed than for upper as i knew i could trust him which is the top priority when you do surgery on your face. I would not spend too much time and money looking around. Seriously top surgeon. Show less »

On 22.12.2025 I had an upper blepharoplasty performed by Dr Kalin Tanov, and I honestly could not be happier with my experience and results.

From my very first consultation, I felt completely comfortable and confident in his care. He took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, answer all of my questions, and ensure I felt fully informed and reassured. His professionalism, expertise, and calm approach immediately put me at ease.

The entire experience was positive from start to finish. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the before and after care was truly exceptional. I felt supported at every stage of the journey, and any concerns I had were addressed quickly and thoughtfully.

The results have exceeded my expectations — I look refreshed and natural, exactly what I was hoping for. I am so grateful for the skill and care shown throughout.

Anyone considering upper blepharoplasty should absolutely choose Dr Kalin Tanov. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Had upper blepharoplasty and eyebrow lift 7.10.25. amazing experience. Clinic excellent with very attentive staff. Dr Tanov a lovely man. He explained exactly what was going to happen and took great care with me. Has spoken to me everyday since the surgery. Would highly recommend

Had a great experience with Dr Tanov.
Had 3 sessions of the Co2 laser for upper and lower blepharoplasty.
Seen a great improvement in the eyes, much tighter skin and brighter more open appearance.

Absolutely fantastic results as lady of 57 years of age, it’s quite hard to get a good balance to lift the brow and open the area without the risk of the brow dropping, but fantastic results no brow drop, brow more lifted and more open around the eye area.
