Nikki is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is incredibly attentive, listens carefully, and always makes me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I have been getting laser treatments with this company for quite some time and have generally had good results, but this was my first visit to this particular location, and it was extremely disappointing.

During the session, I repeatedly told the technician that I could barely feel the laser and that the setting seemed much lower than what I normally receive. I mentioned several times that I felt no heat, discomfort, or sensation at all, which is very unusual compared to my previous treatments. Despite raising these concerns, they were not properly addressed.

I also noticed that multiple areas on my face and neck appeared to be completely missed. I understand that some patchiness can be normal after laser treatments, but this was far beyond normal patchiness. It was obvious that several sections had not been treated at all.

What was particularly frustrating was that the technician spent a lot of time talking about being one of the managers. Given that position, I would have expected a higher level of professionalism and attention to customer concerns. Instead of listening when I pointed out missed areas and expressed concern about the low settings, my feedback seemed to be dismissed. Show less »

The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive from start to finish. They took the time to explain the procedure clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the appointment.

The clinic was spotless, well-organized, and very welcoming. I truly appreciated the high level of customer service and attention to detail.

What I love most is how easy she is to talk to. We always have the best conversations and it genuinely makes the laser pain so much more bearable when you’re actually enjoying yourself.

I’ve been doing laser hair removal for over 12 years and this is the only place that has truly worked for me. I could see a difference after just one session, which has never happened before.

Dr. Zeyar and Yollanda are incredible at what they do. They’re both very friendly, professional, and extremely detail-oriented. I’ve had several different treatments with them, including injections and laser, and everything was done with so much care and attention. I felt safe and well looked after throughout the entire process. Highly recommend
