Very bad experience – would not recommend

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. They take full payment in advance, but their service is extremely unprofessional. On multiple occasions, my appointments were cancelled simply because I arrived around 5 minutes late, despite the fact that I had already paid.

There was no flexibility, no understanding, and no effort to help. What made the situation worse was the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they spoke to me in a very unfriendly and unprofessional way.

I wasted both my time and my money, and I felt completely disrespected as a patient. This clinic seems more focused on taking money than providing proper care.

I would strongly not recommend this clinic to anyone. Show less »

What a huge disappointment. I was informed upon arrival at the clinic that there might be a delay of 10-15mns which I accepted.. but waiting for 30mns with no apparent reasons is simply not acceptable - receptionists did not have a clue what was happening. No apologies, no real care. Needless to say I dodged a bullet with this establishment and their terr... Show more »

I had a facial laser treatment done last month. My check bone was burnt and took two weeks to heal, I was given a refund for the burn and told to come in to have a LED treatment to help the burn. I decided to give the clinic another go and again my face and this time neck were burnt, not only did I get burnt but break out in the most painful spots. The service since notifying the clinic had been poor, I keep calling chasing to found out what to do next.

I am really disappointed with my experience.

They use a different person each time you have treatment which I think is wrong, how are you meant to build a rapport and a lot of them are very young, the two lady’s who burn my face were really young.

I still haven’t been given a refund and still haven’t heard back from the manager. Show less »

I had a skin consultation with Irina, and she was incredible. She was so honest and explained in detail exactly what my skin needed. She chose the perfect treatment for me. I highly recommend her

Edyta is amazing! She is super sweet! You can tell she’s a genuine human being and loves her job. She made me comfortable and reassured me during the sessions and was very thorough with the treatment. It was nice end to my time at the clinic. Would highly recommend her!

Rude and unprofessional staff - refusing to give their name and hanging up. No details for manager given or process for escalating concerns. When I requested clarification on a policy, the staff member failed to address my concerns adequately. I then asked for the name of the manager to escalate the issue, but my request was refused. I explained that it is a reasonable expectation to be provided with the name of a staff member, yet my request was dismissed, and I was abruptly hung up on.
I immediately called back and was connected with another staff member. I again requested the name of the individual I had spoken with earlier, but this request was once again denied. The staff member went so far as to suggest that staff members are sometimes uncomfortable sharing their names and may even falsify their identities. I pointed out that this is both unlawful and unacceptable, as customers have a right to know the name of the individual providing their treatment. I explained if they enforcing a policy they should not be worried about providing a name.extremely concerned about safety if staff members are in openly saying that they have to lie about their names in a professional setting. This review is about today's experience. I have been there 12 times so far, and for 1st time, my journey to Laser Clinic in Kingston was amazing. If I had a question, there were no rolling eyes or any feeling that I was bothering the therapist by asking, while the session or after, no rushing at all. Her attitude and behaviour were implacable. I cannot recommend Irina enough! She is incredibly thorough and ensures that you feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Her knowledge and expertise in laser hair removal are outstanding, and her polite and professional demeanor make every session a pleasure.

The results have been nothing short of impressive—I’ve seen such a significant difference since starting treatment with Irina. I now only attend for maintenance sessions, and even those are quick and effective.

If you’re considering laser hair removal, Irina is the best choice. A true professional who genuinely cares about her clients! Show less »
