Awesome service! My appt was with Bethany, who was extremely attentive to detail and carefully explained everything that was going on and that I should do for follow up. All the staff here are super nice and when I needed to change an appointment, accommodated that right away; it was easy to add an extra part to my sessions; and it's been easy to understand how the aftercare needs to work, what to avoid, etc.

I recently visited this clinic in Kingston for a treatment, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. After the first treatment, I saw absolutely no results. When I went back for a top-up treatment, the beautician even acknowledged that the product hadn’t worked, but offered the top-up to “see if this one works.” I waited another two weeks, and again, there were no results at all.

At my follow-up review, they refused to offer any alternative treatments and told me I would need to wait another three months before anything else could be done, simply because they didn’t want to mix other products. Possibly offering a discount. Realistically, why would I want to return after waiting months when the product already failed twice?

What made it worse is that the beautician openly admitted that they had received a few complaints about the same product recently, essentially confirming that the issue was with the product itself, not the technique. Yet, despite this, there was no support, no solution offered, and no refund policy in place. I’ve now lost my money on a treatment that didn’t work at all.

There was nothing wrong with the staff personally, but the product they used was clearly weak and ineffective, and the lack of accountability or customer care afterwards was very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would avoid having any treatments done here, unless you discuss with the beautician if the product is genuinely good or not. Show less »

I had Bethany today for laser and she was wonderful. I have very sensitive skin and she made sure the process was quick. She adjusted the settings to what was comfortable for me and so so patient (I don’t think I’d would have been!). Highly recommend coming here. Excellent customer service, the treatment is great and all the staff are very friendly. I recently had the Potenza face treatment with Monika, and she did an absolutely amazing job! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. My skin feels and looks incredible — I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Both Aneeqa and Monika were extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and ensure I had a great experience. Their warm and welcoming attitude made the whole visit so pleasant.

I’m honestly very disappointed with how I was treated at this clinic. I had visited before and liked the place, so I brought my friend with me this time hoping she would enjoy the services too. Unfortunately, we were both shocked by the way things were handled.

First of all, no one informed me about any special offer or package they had. When I saw the doctor, I clearly told him I only wanted treatment for one area. He ended up giving me two injections without telling me at all — I didn’t even feel it, and he never mentioned it during or after. I only realized when I saw the charge.

My friend received three injections and paid £179 (her first time). I received two injections and was charged £239. When I asked why, they told me: “It’s because she’s a new client, and you’re a loyal customer, sweetheart.” So apparently being loyal means paying more?

When I questioned them and started recording what was happening for my own protection, everyone panicked. They started yelling, covering their faces, and asking why I was filming — but I had already politely asked to speak to the manager before that, and they refused.

The woman who kept talking to me was Indian, and at one point she said, “You obviously want to get things for free.” I was shocked. I told her: “I’m here to pay. I didn’t ask for anything free. I don’t even work — but you do, sweetheart. That’s the difference between us.”

I left feeling disrespected, deceived, and overcharged. I will never return, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless they start treating people fairly — especially returning customers who trusted them before Show less »
