The services available to book via Injectablesbooking.co.uk are provided by independent third-party providers, not by Injectablesbooking.co.uk itself. An appointment is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the selected provider.

As a consumer, you are purchasing a service – for example, a no-obligation injectables consultation – under the terms and conditions of the provider with whom you make the booking. This also applies to any consultation fees or related charges. These terms are available directly from the provider at the time of booking. Injectablesbooking.co.uk is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate information in a provider’s profile. We are also not responsible or liable for content published by providers, the appointment itself, communication between you and the provider, or the terms of the service. Any agreement is strictly between you and the provider.

Injectablesbooking.co.uk provides a platform that enables you, as a consumer, to connect with providers. Our aim is to offer a centralised and transparent overview of providers across the sector. Information published about providers is based on publicly available sources, and providers may also manage their own content.

If you enter into a further agreement with a provider (for example, a treatment contract), this agreement is made directly between you and the provider. We are not liable for services delivered by providers listed on our website. If you experience any issues or if the service does not meet your expectations, you may contact us and we will aim to assist where possible.

Please read all details and any restrictions relating to a service carefully before making a booking.

Ensure you disclose any relevant medical history, allergies or health information to the provider in advance of your appointment.

Rescheduling or cancelling appointments

If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking (where permitted under these terms and the provider’s own conditions), you can do so by:

Emailing our support team at info@injectablesbooking.co.uk.

You may cancel a confirmed booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, or within any alternative timeframe specified by the provider’s terms and conditions. These terms can be obtained directly from the provider using their contact details. Injectablesbooking.co.uk is not responsible or liable for any consequences arising from the appointment or related communications. Our role is limited to facilitating contact between the provider and the consumer.
