I had several procedures done at this clinic, and my final follow-up was with Dr Yushra. During that appointment, she suggested additional treatments, but I explained that I wanted to start with another clinic that had offered me the same treatment plan. At that point, negative comments were made about the other clinic and its staff, with the claim that the information came from a friend of hers, a doctor, and it was presented as factual.

I later found out that these statements were not true.

I believe that a medical professional should maintain a high level of professionalism, avoid making disparaging remarks about other clinics, and provide information that is accurate, verified, and objective. Before making claims about other practitioners, it is essential to consider both sides. The way this situation was handled felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Show less »

Oh and finally the result looks amazing I asked to visually shorten the length of my philtrum with Botox and she suggested a bit of filler centred around the cupids bow for a more long lasting and more pronounced look as the Botox is very subtle. She did it so naturally and subtle it’s still a bit swollen as it’s only the next day but the technique and the arch look incredible already Show less »

Where do I start. As I sat in the waiting room , little did I realise that I was about to enter into something life changing. Dr Yusra is a magician. I went in feeling like a really haggard 43 year old. Fluctuating weight and ageing had really taken its toll over the last 2/3 years. I came out looking and feeling like a 30 year old. I had dermal filler treatment (cheek and chin augmentation plus naso labial folds) and I cannot say enough good things about Dr Yusra. She is so talented and knowledgeable, and made sure I was totally comfortable during my treatment. I never felt rushed at all, which is something I had experienced elsewhere. She really took her time to understand what I wanted to achieve. Dr Yusra was the third practitioner I had seen to address my concerns. She was the only one that delivered results that aligned exactly with my goals. I travelled from South Wales to see her in London after having done a lot of research. And what a great decision it was. Dr Yusra is another level. She deserves all the awards she gets. She is also so lovely and down to earth. It felt like she was a friend. In fact her whole team were wonderful. Dr Yusra made further recommendations for Endolift and I will certainly be back for this. If you are thinking about possibly having treatment and wondering if Dr Yusra could be the right practitioner for you, don’t hesitate, especially if you have more complex issues.
