Dr Yiannis is absolutely lovely. I really appreciated the hour long consultation as it gave me ample time to ask questions and he went through all the different treatment options with me. He’s great at explaining everything and shows you loads of pictures: it’s like having a super knowledgeable friend. We agreed on Profhilo and anti-wrinkle injections as I wanted to look less worried and grumpy and more glowy. I am really thrilled. I think I look just like myself but after an expensive facial and 8 hours sleep! Last year, I had anti wrinkle injections with a doctor that lots of celebs go to; it was fine but the whole thing felt rushed (20 minute appointment for consultation and treatment) and the result just wasn’t as natural or balanced. Dr Yiannis is a great listener and takes into account the results you would like, as well as being skilled with facial anatomy. If (like I was) you are nervous or on the fence about whether to get anything done, he is friendly and non-judgemental, and there was no pressure to have any treatment at all. I visited the Banhidy Clinic today and honestly from start to finish it was the most wonderful experience.

I had Norbert as my injector for Profhilo on my face and I have never been made to feel more at ease to get a treatment before. Norbert made me feel so comfortable, he was incredibly informative, made the injections feel like a walk in the park with very minimal pain, explained the procedure and after care thoroughly and checked in on me regularly to see if I was okay and if I needed anything.

The clinic itself is located in the heart of Pall Mall, it was easy to find on maps, just a short walk from the tube and in prime location. Also a great spot of sightseeing on your journey into the clinic.

From the moment you walk into the reception you are greeted with a warm smile and walked down to the waiting room, it was so gorgeous in there and spotless throughout…so clean you could eat off the floor! I was offered a refreshment before we started, and the room was the perfect temperature for such a hot day. Making me perfectly comfortable for my treatment.

I cannot recommend the Banhidy Clinic, and especially Norbert & Francis enough! Whether you’re travelling into London or live here already I can hand on heart say it was worth the visit and worth travelling from all over just to have the delightful experience they offer. Also their communication through social media was so professional and made me excited to come and check out what they’re all about.

My treatment plan included chin and jawline contouring, forehead anti-aging injections, skin rejuvenation for fine lines around the smile lines and lips, Profhilo for deep hydration and overall skin radiance, microneedling with a premium hair growth formulation on the forehead, and subtle, natural-looking lip enhancement. The results are absolutely stunning — I look refreshed, radiant, and completely natural. Even my husband couldn’t tell exactly what had changed, except that I looked amazing! He especially complimented the glow in my skin after the Profhilo treatment and couldn’t believe how naturally perfect my lips looked.

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely calm and safe. She took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the procedure beforehand, which made me feel incredibly reassured and well-informed. Today I had an appointment with Dr Hursh Joshi. I really enjoyed the entire process - although I was coming in for things I already had done before I had a lot of questions about future treatments and they were all answered with really in depth information. I got the usual Botox: masseters, 3 areas, hyperhidrosis, and profhilo. What is really unique about this doctor is he does and tries treatments himself but you wouldn’t know unless he told you (which is what I want my own face to look like). It really makes you feel at ease. I much prefer my doctor to have been in the chair himself or herself so I feel any recommendations are genuine and they truly understand the pain with needles. He was very gentle with the needle and I had no bruising (rare for me - I bruise when the wind blows it feels like). I really like Sisu clinic and the doctors they choose - Dr Hursh was very kind and like with Dr Maude I felt seen and heard (as well as treated 😁) and it honestly makes all the difference during and post treatment. I left feeling more positive than when I came in.

Anyway with the great doctors and painless treatments plus booking is so easy it’s a no brainer for me to come to this location as I travel a lot and never know super in advance when I can have the time to do treatments. When I am in London I come from Walthamstow to do my appts so it’s literally 35 mins door to door on the vicky line!! Easy. Thanks guys 🫶🏻

Old review from May 2025: Had an appointment with Dr Maude for polynucleotides - injections were really painless and very rarely I was not bruised the next day. I was able to ask all the questions I wanted and there was always an answer - the doc really takes pride in getting all the latest info so I feel confident in coming back! Some providers will stop learning once they are settled with their clients and it’s encouraging to see young doctors wanting to get the best for their patients Show less »
