It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a real difference. His kindness and genuine care didn’t go unnoticed and made the whole experience much more comfortable.

I visited this morning for my Botox appointment and wanted to leave a special mention for the new Irish gentleman working at the front of house.

I was feeling quite nervous before my appointment, but he immediately put me at ease with his warm, friendly, and respectful manner. We shared a few light-hearted jokes, and his positive attitude completely changed the atmosphere for me. He has the perfect smile and personality for a front-of-house role and made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived.

So happy with Dr Nila's work. She really took the time to discuss different options and get it exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend my experience at Sisu Mayfair.
I was very anxious at the beginning as it was my first time getting botox, but from the momemt I met the lovely reception team, I genuinely felt I would be in good hands.
Dr. Salina is truly excellent. So reassuring and kind and has made my first experience with botox, not only a pleasant one, but an exciting journey. She knows her stuff! She understood me immediately and I fully trusted her through the experience.
I have now completed my review appt and had a little tweak to finalise the process and I really couldn't be happier. It has refreshed my look and more importantly it feels and looks natural!

She is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She has always addressed any concerns or questions I have, and her advice on treatments has definitely made a positive difference in my skin.

In contrast with my experience at other clinics, I have never felt pressured to purchase extra treatments, and I am always guided towards what will actually work with my skin to get the best results, and expectations are always managed in the best way.

Additionally, Mariam on the front desk is a joy to speak to as well, she is efficient and sweet, and always happy to help and make the transaction and booking process as easy as possible.

Today I had an appointment with Dr Hursh Joshi. I really enjoyed the entire process - although I was coming in for things I already had done before I had a lot of questions about future treatments and they were all answered with really in depth information. I got the usual Botox: masseters, 3 areas, hyperhidrosis, and profhilo. What is really unique about this doctor is he does and tries treatments himself but you wouldn’t know unless he told you (which is what I want my own face to look like). It really makes you feel at ease. I much prefer my doctor to have been in the chair himself or herself so I feel any recommendations are genuine and they truly understand the pain with needles. He was very gentle with the needle and I had no bruising (rare for me - I bruise when the wind blows it feels like). I really like Sisu clinic and the doctors they choose - Dr Hursh was very kind and like with Dr Maude I felt seen and heard (as well as treated 😁) and it honestly makes all the difference during and post treatment. I left feeling more positive than when I came in.

Anyway with the great doctors and painless treatments plus booking is so easy it’s a no brainer for me to come to this location as I travel a lot and never know super in advance when I can have the time to do treatments. When I am in London I come from Walthamstow to do my appts so it’s literally 35 mins door to door on the vicky line!! Easy. Thanks guys 🫶🏻

Old review from May 2025: Had an appointment with Dr Maude for polynucleotides - injections were really painless and very rarely I was not bruised the next day. I was able to ask all the questions I wanted and there was always an answer - the doc really takes pride in getting all the latest info so I feel confident in coming back! I visited the SISU clinic today for my very first anti-wrinkle treatment. The clinic is conveniently located right next to Green Park station, which makes it hassle free to get to.
The lady at reception (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was very pleasant and welcoming.
As a first-time visitor, I had little to no knowledge about the procedure, aside from a general overview of what to expect. Dr. Nila took the time to give me a thorough explanation of the treatment, including how the facial muscles work and what to expect afterward. I must say, I was impressed with her sharp eye - when we discussed possible future treatments, she suggested exactly what I had in mind!
