I went to Ramin for masseter botox as I dislocate my jaw in the night and get severe TMJ pain due to clenching. In my consultation, Ramin took a good look at my jaw muscles and how they were functioning, and took the time to explain my options. He managed my expectations in saying that the botox might not be able to solve the dislocations but should help with the pain. However, it has completely solved everything! I honestly cannot explain what a life changer it has been - going from being in chronic pain and not sleeping due to constant dislocations, to being pain free. Ramin did three jabs in each side of my masseter, and three in each of my temples - none of which hurt and it was over in a few seconds. I appreciate Ramin's commitment to aftercare - he is there if you have any queries. I have already been back for my second round of treatment and now swear by it :) Would absolutely 100% recommend Ramin! Show less »

From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable. The atmosphere was calm and professional, and the clinic was clean, which immediately helped me feel at ease.

Dr Ramin is extremely professional and clearly very experienced, but also very approachable. He took the time to answer my questions honestly and pointed out some details that had never been mentioned to me by other specialists before. The procedure, what to expect, and the aftercare were well explained too.

The overall approach felt thoughtful and truly personal, not rushed or routine. Throughout the process, I felt listened to and genuinely well cared for.

I would happily recommend this clinic and Dr Ramin to anyone. Show less »

Dr Ramin was incredible and really cares about the customer. I went to get my lips done and he made sure I did not feel any pain and gave me exactly what I asked for. He is amazing and I will definitely be back !!!

From the moment I walk through the door, he ensures to give me a comprehensive consultation, taking the time to understand my goals, assess my facial structure, and explain exactly what will deliver the most natural, balanced results.

His attention to detail is unmatched, and he genuinely has the best injecting technique I’ve experienced. The treatments are comfortable, precise, and never rushed. What really sets Ramin apart is his artistic eye, he knows how to enhance features subtly so that I still look like myself, just fresher and more confident. I consistently get the most natural results, and friends often comment on how well-rested and glowy I look without ever suspecting I’ve had any aesthetic work done.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I initially emailed the salon two weeks ago after seeing a deal on Wowcher. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I initially emailed the salon two weeks ago after seeing a deal on Wowcher. I asked if they could match the price so I could book directly and they could avoid paying commission. I received no reply.
I followed up again and was asked to provide my phone number, which I did. I also asked to be contacted via email with available slots for the following week or to be called outside of my working hours. Once again no response.
Frustrated, I ended up purchasing the Wowcher voucher and tried to book an appointment through that. Still no reply. I called and left a voicemail as well and never heard back.
I had high hopes because of the positive reviews, but this has been beyond disappointing. The complete lack of communication, and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I honestly don’t understand how they have good reviews—it makes me question their authenticity. Based on my experience, please avoid this place at all cost ! Show less »

I highly recommend Ramin. This was my 3rd visit, and I would not want to go anywhere else for my treatment. He always gives great advice and listens carefully to what I want to achieve. Very professional and I am so happy with the results!

We have been coming for drips and other skin treatments. Ramin has been amazing. He makes you feel at ease. Explains the pros and cons of the procedure properly. He doesn’t rush. We are always very happy with his humbleness, bedside manners, respect and gestures. He is a talented and experienced person.
