If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I initially emailed the salon two weeks ago after seeing a deal on Wowcher. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I initially emailed the salon two weeks ago after seeing a deal on Wowcher. I asked if they could match the price so I could book directly and they could avoid paying commission. I received no reply.
I followed up again and was asked to provide my phone number, which I did. I also asked to be contacted via email with available slots for the following week or to be called outside of my working hours. Once again no response.
Frustrated, I ended up purchasing the Wowcher voucher and tried to book an appointment through that. Still no reply. I called and left a voicemail as well and never heard back.
I had high hopes because of the positive reviews, but this has been beyond disappointing. The complete lack of communication, and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I honestly don’t understand how they have good reviews—it makes me question their authenticity. Based on my experience, please avoid this place at all cost ! Show less »
