I had a physiotherapy appointment scheduled for 6:00 PM and arrived at the clinic at approximately 5:50 PM. Upon arrival, I found the clinic completely closed, with no notice, message, or communication provided to explain the situation or advise patients of any delay.
I attempted to contact the clinic several times using the phone number provided in my appointment email. My calls were rejected multiple times before someone eventually answered. When I finally managed to speak to a member of staff, I was told to wait outside in the rain because someone would eventually come and open the clinic. I found this response completely unacceptable.
I do not live locally and had travelled specifically for this appointment, investing both time and money to attend. Being left outside a closed clinic with no communication and being asked to wait in poor weather conditions demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and respect for patients.
Unfortunately, this is not the first issue I have experienced with your service. During my initial consultation, I was kept waiting for approximately 20 minutes beyond my appointment time, with no acknowledgement, apology, or explanation for the delay.
In addition, I was disappointed by the overall condition of the clinic. The premises appeared extremely dirty, which is particularly concerning in a healthcare environment where cleanliness and hygiene should be maintained to a high standard.
