I visited Dr Barbara for the rejuvenation of my undereyes. My concerns were hollowness and dark circles. After a thorough consultation where I was offered 3 alternatives, we came to a conclusion that I would benefit most from Endoret PRP Gel which was deliver from my own plasma and then purified and cocked in various Endored branded machines. The treatment involved a small level of inconvenience but the areas were numbed in advance so it was more than bearable and pretty comfortable. I saw the immediate result but we decided to follow a 3-treatment protocol to ensure the long-term results. Dr Ramin is extremely professional and clearly very experienced, but also very approachable. He took the time to answer my questions honestly and pointed out some details that had never been mentioned to me by other specialists before. The procedure, what to expect, and the aftercare were well explained too.

The overall approach felt thoughtful and truly personal, not rushed or routine. Throughout the process, I felt listened to and genuinely well cared for.
