I paid £280 (including a 30% first-visit discount) for Botox treatment in three areas, based on a previous one-off appointment with the same doctor at Therapie Clinic.

My first appointment at her own clinic, Koncept Clinic in Kingston, took place on 24 October. At the two-week review, the doctor reassured me that the wrinkles would resolve. However, after two months there was absolutely no visible effect.

When I contacted the clinic to request a follow-up appointment, I was refused and treated unprofessionally. I was later told that the doctor prefers a “natural” result, despite my clear request for visible improvement and despite being explicitly reassured during the initial consultation that the treated areas would be wrinkle-free.

Charging £280—when comparable clinics typically charge £140–£180 even without promotional discounts—for a treatment that produced no result at all and was followed by a refusal to review or correct the outcome is unacceptable. Show less »

What really sets this clinic apart is that its Doctor led, which gave me complete trust in the treatments and advice I received. You’re in safe, knowledgable hands, and the whole team makes you feel like a priority.

She talks you through every option with the perfect balance of clinical knowledge and plain English. You never feel overwhelmed; just informed, in control, and completely respected.

I’ve had treatments elsewhere in the past, and they’ve often brought up insecurities I didn’t want to dwell on. That wasn’t the case here. Dr. Maryam has a way of making you feel at ease, not just physically (although, genuinely, this was the least painful treatment I’ve ever had), but emotionally too.

She moves at your pace, explains every step, and the follow-up care is just as thoughtful as the initial consult. The results? Natural, elegant, and better than I could have imagined.

I visited Maryam having never had masseter botox before but suffering from daily tension headaches. I was immediately made to feel so comfortable and I loved that Maryam took the time to explain the muscle as well as the procedure with me beforehand.
