One of my moles looked suspicious which I had checked by three different NHS GPs who all told me it was fine, but trusted my gut feeling and booked an appointment with Dr Bela, who did a thorough examination and advised to have this mole removed asap as it looks like melanoma to him and need to be referred to the hospital. I asked him if he had time to remove it there and then, since I lost my trust in the NHS. I was very lucky as I was the last patient for the day so he very kindly did the surgery straight away. Now we are waiting for the test result to come back but regardless of the outcome I know I am now in good hands. Thank you! Show less »

I had a great experience with Dr Bela at Chiswick Clinic. I went in to have a skin lesion checked, and Dr Bela was extremely professional and reassuring throughout the appointment. He took the time to ask about my family history and general health, explained what he was doing at each step, and thoroughly assessed the issue. He also shared helpful information about other types of skin lesions and possible treatments, which I really appreciated. The whole experience felt calm, clear, and very professional.
