I was offered a complimentary follow up with a nurse called Vilma, but when I tried to claim this, my emails were ignored and I was repetitively told to book a paid appointment. Dr Haus refrained from answering my questions. I was told I would be able to see him after I left the room for a patch test but was not given the chance as he was with another patient. This is quite rude, and for £500 I was simply proposed a treatment plan worth £30,000, with no discussion of what might be affordable for me whilst being most efficient. My questions were answered in an odd manner, such as when I asked if the co2 laser is good, Dr Haus simply said he'd add it to my treatment plan, like it doesn't matter if its on there or not, and that I have endless amounts of money to spend. No explanation or anything. I asked if accurate might be better to take which might lead to less lasers if they will work the same, and he simply added accurate to my plan too. I was pretty much given information readily available online and what I wanted to hear was about the different lasers available, how they work and what they will do. Where I was seeking explanation, he simply told me I could get whatever I wanted. If I wanted to be simply told 'get what you like', I wouldn't have paid this much. The most important part, selecting the right thing in my budget, was not accomplished, and then I was lied to about a complimentary follow up.
In response to the below: You say 'over a period of two months' only because you completely ignored my emails and I had to keep following up over and over again to have the same one email answered. There are only two emails in which my questions were attempted to be answered, and only one of them was somewhat helpful (as the first simply gave me information I could easily find online, and I made my question VERY clear). The second was was short and undetailled simply talking about the layers of the skin (superficial, mid or deep) the 5 lasers would affect and not its actual impact on the results. This does not warrant you acting like you gave me a whole new follow up- you did not. Yes, I agree I said I was happy to have my questions answered over email, but I did not realise that you would be so slow and then tell me that it would be required to see Dr Haus anyways because I'm simply asking about a highly regulated medication. A face to face consultation has not correlation to getting a better understanding of the medication and I'm sure that's clear.
